all I'm saying while people are saying our defense is playing bad and we can't beat the saints well saints have some issues of their own their defense is playing worse and their offense has been able to score 1 more point than ours?

Saints in in a steep decline. They dont draft well and losing those two #2s is starting to hurt their overall talent. Even the good players they draft (Cooks, Vaccaro) are somewhat frivolous. They have needed CBs and run a CB intensive system so they go out and draft a FS and a WR

And the Cowboys barely got by a team who got annihilated by the Vikings, and needed aid from the referees and a dropped TD just to beat them, while playing their 3rd stringer. This league is all about matchups.

I responded to a statement about a defense getting scored upon, but it didn't specify which defense...being a Cowboys forum, well, supposed to be, One may take that as a postive saying for the Cowboys offense.
But guess on here, there are many non fans. I bet all the "realist" don't even think our cheerleaders are all that pretty either.....

My point was someone was quick to anoint New Orleans as a Super Bowl contender with a 1-2 record.

Seems about right. Vegas still thinks our defense sucks and Brees can light it up. Plus, we haven't beat the Saints since 09. And we are missing people on our already shaky defense.

People are going to give New Orleans the benefit of the doubt because they have had success before with their core group while the Cowboys haven't been to the playoffs in 4 years.
