Sigh.... Cmon man. You're in the NFL. (Which can stand for not for long) No Jameis behavior pls.

Someone else mentioned Ryan Williams. I would send a swift msg and activate him if this proves to have legs.

Damn damn damn

He may have accidentally walked out with the item or placed it in his cart and forgot about it. Or he may have done self checkout and didn't scan the item by accident.

True, seems strange that it could not be dealt with, without the police being called.

I think Garrett needs to send a message when facts come out.

A class B misdemeanor,,, anybody know what that translates to in disciplinary actions?

it's always a freakin circus around here, amplified by x 1000 when they are winning, it's a wonder they can focus on anything.

Well we weren't there who knows I hope he's not that big a knucklehead

It happens. My grandmother had a blouse she was looking at and put it on her arm. She saw a friend in the store and started talking to her for a few minutes and then forgot what she was doing and walked out the store with the blouse still on her arm (she was in her 80's at the time). She then realized she walked out with the blouse and then walked back to the store to return the blouse, but the store's rent-a-cops had determined she must have been a hardened criminal and had her arrested. The case was dismissed as security cameras outside the store showed her walking back to the store.

Obviously, Randle is not a 80-year old person with bad memory. But, it goes to show how some rent-a-cops and stores are a bit overzealous when it comes to shoplifting.

And obviously, there are some shoplifters that would rather steal than pay for anything, regardless of how much money they have. I just tend to doubt that was the case with Randle and he could have very well walked out with the items without knowing it.

Frisco, Texas police arrested Cowboys RB Joseph Randle Monday night on shoplifting charges.
Randle was popped for a Class B Misdemeanor Theft $50-$500, at Dillard's. Police say he was arrested for stealing underwear and cologne. Randle, DeMarco Murray's direct backup on early downs, is making $495,000 this season. It's seems unlikely he'll face discipline from the NFL for this embarrassing incident.

it's not a serious crime but if it was intentional it does show seriuos stupidity. we shall soon see, people do forget to pay for things but if he was actually stealing then the guy is a major league idiot
