MVP voting: Romo, Murray tie for third

Watch a Texans game. He is far and away the best player on the field every time he steps out there, including when he played us.

I have watched Texans games. I know how good he is. He didn't deserve mvp. And he didn't do much of anything when he played us.

I think Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL at the moment. My problem with him though is he is not as good on the road as he is at home ..

Get your television fixed. I'm done arguing with you on this.

The best defensive player since Reggie White.

I think the problem is obvious in the voting. There were two deserving MVPs on the Cowboys.

Dude just stop man you are embarrassing yourself. I just gave Watt his props and won dpoy he didn't deserve mvp amd that's highly debatable that he is the best defensive player since Reggie White. There have been plenty of great defensive players since White. You need to join the JJ Watt fan club if you haven't already for that nonsense.

He did very little to nothing against us. I watched Leary hulk slam him on one play.

I find it difficult to find fault with anybody who thinks Watt isn't the best defensive player in the NFL, and therefore a top NFL candidate.

No, I'm stupid for thinking a player who doesn't wear a blue star on their helmet is incredible.

[sarcasm]Clearly I'm not a Cowboys fan.[/sarcasm] No respect. Never question another fan's fandom.

He may be the best player, but the award isn't for the best player, it's for the most valuable. J.J Watt isn't even top 10 MVP, there's easily 10 other players more important to their team then J.J. Watt. Now if the award was "best player", then I agree it's Watt.

Rodgers
Romo
Brees
Brady
Rivers
Ben
Manning
Luck
Patriots equipment manager
Seahawks prescription doctor

Are all worth more wins to their team then JJ Watt is to his.

Romo and the Cowboys need another successful year and season except they need to go further. Maybe then Romo will earn a chance.

Not sure why the players never voted beyond the Pro Bowl. Still subjective but I'd like their input.

How many games do you think Houston wins without him? Probably only 6 or 7 honestly.

If that's the case, Aaron Rodgers wins hands down every year, frankly. I love Tony Romo, but the Packers are horrible without Rodgers at the helm.

This. Watt's impact is limited by playing DE. It's no fault of his own but there are over 10 QBs in the league that have a bigger impact on the game than him.
