1st Date Suggestions

Thanks, and yeah, I do have a tendency to overthink thinks unfortunately.

I just called this place in downtown DC a friend highly recommended and the only reservations open for the 29th were 7:30 and 10:30 PM. Wow. I tentatively made a 7:30 PM reservation as a result...hopefully she likes the place and can get there at that time. Worst comes to worst I can just cancel.
 
First dates are like job interviews but at least with a first date you have a chance to end up naked at the end of it. When I first came to California in 1980 I scraped together every cent I had to take a girl I just met to a fancy restaurant. Naturally she orders the most expensive things on the menu I mean EVERYTHING from appetizers to lobster to the finest champagne. I tried laughing it off and said "does your mom feed you like this at home?" She said "no because my mom isn't looking for sex." :cool:

So its this Sunday evening, 7 PM at a Belgian restaurant. Trying to figure out what to wear now.

You know what. The Rangers-Yankees game came and went and we didn't even realize. My bad. Should have stayed on top of this. I will make the trip to your place when you tell me to come over. Seeing Saturn live is as exciting as watching Stryker on his first date.

Stryker, you are already going into this date thinking way too much. In your mind, this Mona Lisa may turn out to be a painting of those dogs playing poker :D

Just go with the flow and let the date happen, don't force it.............

It's all about you and how awesome you are, and how lucky she would be to have you. Don't be afraid to point this out to her even. In fact I would encourage it.

By this point she'll more than likely want to go back to her place. I'm sure you can figure out the rest.

I second this but would suggest going to a local strip club for a nightcap before making your way home. She will be shocked, possibly offended, but also strangely impressed and inexplicably attracted to your unique and unorthodox devil-may-care attitude. At that point, she will be thoroughly fascinated by the possibilities, and you can proceed with the remainder of the plan quoted above.

Good plan.

Nothing a girl likes more than a rogue. Stryker needs to do this and let us know how it goes. I can't see anything possibly going wrong with this full proof plan though, so I already know it will be a success.
