News: Cowboys Trade for Christine Michael per Schefter

Watch his seahawks highlights from the clip provided earlier in the thread. This cat can tote the rock.

Ya, he showed me more in those highlights than Randal ever has..

Not saying he's all pro but he certainly has some flashes.

This could be a real low risk HIGH reward deal.

I'm excited. A friend of mine is a huge Seahawks fan, and he was hoping Michael would replace Lynch when he was gone, The reason he said Michael is the one to go, is that they have Lynch, Jackson and apparently Turbin is Wilson's best friend.

Just saying, my friend ain't happy this trade went down.

Look at it this way is he not better than any rookie drafted this year other than Gurley. Before you hit the no button to quick check out the stats on this vaunted rookie RB class. Either way this was clearly SJs plan all along. You have to like the depth

Randle/Michael
DMAC/Dunbar

A former 2nd round RB by Seattle, Dallas gets him for a cond. 7th and some tools are saying we are 'trolling' for players.

Zone never ceases to amaze me.

Does the round matter?

Cowboys just cut a 1st rounder from the same draft (Jenkins).

Really concerns me that Seattle is willing to trade him to us.

I'd be concerned if it was for a 3rd rounder or above, but for a 7th rounder, you absolutely take the risk. If he doesn't work out, it's no different than the average 7th rounder not turning out. He brings an aspect we currently don't have on the team, which is the power running back.

I see no risk here at all. If he performs then it's jackpot. If not, you can let him go, and it may not even cost you the 7th rounder since it's conditional ( depending on how the trade is set up). In the meantime he buys you some time in case McFadden can't stay healthy. There literally is no bad side to this.
