Spin it anyway you like I know you will but I'm a Romo supporter and always have been but what has anyone been wrong about? The Cowboys won their opener last night not the SB.

Now you're going to claim you've always been a Romo supporter! LOL, I almost choked to death laughing so hard! You must really think we're stupid if you expect anyone to believe that crap.

I've always supported Romo I wasn't one of the many who didn't want to pay him after the 2012 season and wanted to move on after his dreadful performance vs Washington in the season finale that year. There was a huge thread started with MANY who had reached the end of their rope with Romo wanting him traded to KC for the #1 overall pick and some even wanted him released and were willing to tank with Orton for a few seasons until the Cowboys found his replacement. I had a debate with one of the mods here who tried telling me we wouldn't be able to fit Romo under the cap and that it would be better to move on from him.

I disagreed with him and told him Romo would be resigned and to book it! I was in Romo's corner all the way and have been ever since he took over as QB in 06. The problem with some of you is you take every little criticism I have of parts of his game and twist it into me not liking him. Being critical of area's of a players game doesn't mean you dislike or hate them. Those of you who claim I hate Romo have an agenda! Answer the question what's been said about Romo that was wrong?

I have a real gem for that one but I'll refrain because it might get me in trouble.

For all the Romo haters out there, and we all know who you are, it's time to man up and admit you were wrong. Do you have it in you?

Please explain to me why you feel the need to label someone who questioned Romo in the past.

He has matured. That drive for the win was not something he could do 4 years ago.

I don't understand the need to draw a line and alienate fans of the team you are a fan of.

Romo played a fantastic game last night and hopefully he continues the same level of play throughout the season. Last year, he seemed to have stepped it up to a different level because he's not playing as wild as he used to. Getting Linehan here seems to have done something for his game.

It's been the offensive line and possibly Linehan .Romo was always running
to get the ball away

What bothers me about Romo haters is the goalposts keep moving. First it was Romo can't come up big in the clutch. Then he did. Then it became he can't win a big game. Then he did. Then it became he can't win a playoff game. And he did. Now it's he can't win a Super Bowl. If he does that I guarantee it will become something else like he isn't in the HOF.

It's also what bothers me about guys like Stephen A Smith and his accident waiting to happen theory. As long as Dallas doesn't win it all he can always claim that the accident happened. It's ridiculous.

four years ago that offensive line was crap and Romo did admirable with it.
well 2D3 you never felt any pangs of guilt in creating alienation on the several boards
I've seen you on. That rings a little disingenuous

Obviously because he doesn't, like, have the most comeback wins in the league since 2006 or anything. Dumb.

I have been fighting this attitude for a very long time. The idea that you see it one way or you are some kind of hater. If that caused some to take offense, then the small minded, and those who lack self esteem in regard top this team can deal with it.

Why don't you list the ones where he threw a pick. That is a two headed coin.

We saddled him with garbage on defense for seasons. He used to have to go for the touchdown every drive because the D was just going to give it back.

They didn't question Romo, they said he sucked or we would never go anywhere with him or he was a choker or he was immature because he wore his cap backwards or it was all his fault that we hadn't been to the playoffs for so many years, etc. etc. etc. And they were wrong.

Name them. That might be two people. Not real thread worthy.
