Sobering statistic

Romo is one of the best quarterbacks of this era.

Possibly the most underrated player of all time. Certainly in Dallas history.

Really hope we can get the man a Super Bowl.

Absolute gladiator if I've ever seen one. One of the toughest dudes you'll ever see step on the field.

We really have gotten lucky with him.

The past 23 games, the Cowboys are 14-3 with Romo, and 0-6 without him.

The dude is simply underappreciated and underrated.

Here's hoping Cassel can stem the tide and resist the undertow.

Seeing these backup QBs play certainly has me re-evaluating Romo worth. I now think he needs to play out his contract. Dallas needs to spend major resources in form of dollars or draft picks for highly capable back-up QB because we know Romo will miss games. That can't be emphasized enough. Mostly, I have given up on Dallas drafting young QB anytime soon because Jerry is just too old to see that thru.

Makes you wonder how the 2001 and 2002 teams even won five games with the Wright's and Stoerner's of the world taking turns at the QB position. Maybe Campo got a raw deal?

Nah.
