So what did it say about Bruce Arians when Carson Palmer went down last year? They fell apart after looking like the best team in the NFC.

The difference is Bruce Arians has been there only 2 years. Plus he actually won games with a backup. We can't even get one measly win! When you've been somewhere for nearly a decade, you should have a system in place that isn't so dependent on one player.

So if thats their logic , how do Eagle fans argue about anything? No rings to stand on.

According to Iggles fans, usually by Wednesday after a loss, they are back to talking Super Bowl.

Today, Colin Kapernick is the new savior, much like Mariota was all last year.

Makes me sick.

The past 23 games, the Cowboys are 14-3 with Romo, and 0-6 without him.

The dude is simply underappreciated and underrated.

Here's hoping Cassel can stem the tide and resist the undertow.

This also tells just how sorry the backup QB position has been.

I think those three 8 and 8 seasons would have been more like 3 and 13 without Romo. Like you, I'm hoping Cassel can bounce back and do well. We can't expect him to be Romo, but if he can play as well as a Steve Beuerlein or a Jeff Kemp, we will have a chance to win, especially once Dez is back.
