The Moxie

You answered your own question. If only 1 in 10 people are left handed it is well within the range of probability to not see a lefty qb make the NFL just by random chance.

What a weird thing to call a limitation.

And why would routes need to be flipped exactly?

Don't think you understand the statistics you cite. Not having one #1 qb in the league in a single year is not an anomaly if there are only 10%. Although with all else equal, it would happen about 3.5% of the time.

Seeing very few left handed #1 QBs season after season, is a clear anomaly. As you have low probability occurrences over and over.

Further, if the 10% rule is employed, it means it wouldn't be strange to see SIX or SEVEN one year - the probability is similar to 0 out of 32. How many times have you seen that? Maybe never? Should happen just as often as zero

You should take a statistics course. You really should.

But i'd also say that another reason is that left handed athletes capable of playing in the NFL are often pushed towards baseball.

I thought Moore looked pretty good. Definitely needs more experience but he certainly left me wanting to see more.

You claimed you had seen enough in only one performance in which he tossed 3 INT's and had a passer rating of 52.2 to give you the feeling he will eventually become the "starting" QB of the Cowboys. lol

He is the starting QB of the Cowboys. :p

Really? I've got a Ph.D. in the field and teach statistics at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Publish extensively in the field as well.

You son, need a stats course - or you need to go back and revisit what you thought you learned.

Sorry, he's one of the many backups that's been used to replace our starter you're looking down the road after Romo. Better be buckled in and wearing a crash helmet. :)

So yet again you're rooting for a Cowboy to fail.
