Corey Coleman WR - 5'11 190 lbs (Baylor)

Positives: Explosive playmaker. 4.4 speed guy. He was used all over the offense, as a running back at times, slot, X and Y receiver roles. Shows an ability to run past guys even when they are playing off coverage. Corners obviously respected his speed, very rarely did they play right on the line against him. Really elusive with the ball in his hands. Really good start stop on routes. His release on breaks is outstanding. Really violent with his hands in fighting off press. Outstanding all around route runner. He's open almost every single play.
Negatives: Worry about his hands at times. Doesn't always catch the contested catches. Doesn't fight for the ball, waits for the ball to come to him. (kinda like Terence) Not physical player. Needs to get stronger and spend more time in weight room, goes down way too easily. Not a great blocker. Doesn't go all out every play, and doesn't even bother running the routes when play isn't designed for him.

Where He Fits and My Opinion: I really wanna like the player, definitely has a HUGE upside. Sounds kinda weird, but his body language on the field really worries me. Seems like a 'ME' player. Never seen a player put so little effort into every play that doesn't feature him. Barely tries to block, looks disinterested. Sad because he's a huge talent. Would be an outstanding compliment to the style Dez plays. In some ways as a pure receiver, I like him better then Treadwell. More explosive, better route runner and gets open more. But Treadwell is the full package.

You might be able to find some info that would actually help you evaluation on Coleman. But I believe I read somewhere it's the Baylor coach who actually encourages his players to minimize exertion on routes not intended for them.

So this isn't a personal problem from Coleman but in fact coming from the coaching staff.

Oh wow! That is really helpful... Good to know. Have never seen it that blatant before. If it wasn't for that, I really would love this kid.

Tyler Boyd WR - 6'2 200 lbs (Pittsburgh)

Positives: All-around receiver. Can play anywhere. Good height and length. Used for kick returns as well. Very polished and developed. Scrappy wide receiver, willing to do all the dirty work. Outstanding hands, really knows how to use the sidelines and drag feet down. Seems to always catch the ball when defenders are all over him, always wins the 50/50 balls. Has a full range of routes he can run. Has a 2nd gear when he hits the hole just takes a minute to get going.

Negatives:
Hard to find a lot of negatives. Don't see elite athleticism or speeds, but good. Don't think he is going to get a ton of separation at the NFL level. Goes down a little too easily, generally to the first tackler like to see get a little stronger.

Where He Fits and My Opinion: Really like the player. Don't see a #1 receiver in the NFL, but can be a very solid # 2. I think he would be an upgrade over T Wil. Better hands, more reliable. I see a late 2nd round player.

Josh Doctson WR - 6'3 195 lbs (TCU)

Positives: Outstanding length. Really knows how to use his length and arms well to shield defenders. Really good body control when ball is thrown. Knows how to time the pass to be at the right place right time. Showed really nice ability to adjust to badly thrown balls. Really advanced route runner. Great leaping ability goes to get the ball. Outstanding hands catches everything within the vicinity and shows strong hands at catch point. Willing blocker. Really good in the red zone, just knows how to get open and score td's down there.

Negatives:
Needs to grow into his frame and fill out a little more and get stronger. Not going to blow by anyone. Adequate speed, but not great. Plays majority of snaps as the right WR, not a lot of flexibility. Looks disinterested when he knows the ball is coming his way at times. Needs to do a better job of getting off press coverage.

Where He Fits and My Opinion: Really good football player. Once again I see a solid # 2 receiver on a time. Don't see a # 1. I would give the slight edge to Boyd over Doctson, both really really solid. Boyd has a little more versatility, and is ready to come in and be a factor right away. Doctson still is raw, needs to get stronger, worry it'll take a year or two for him to be ready to compete for starting spot.

Thats fine... How did Devin Smith do last year for Jets? I wouldn't draft a guy like this in first two rounds.... Just my thoughts

If I remember right he missed most of training camp with injuries, and eventually tore his ACL when he did come back. So because he got hurt it was a bad pick?

I know because of his current situation he will not be coming out this year or he may never play NFL ball. But could you do a evaluation on James Conner rb from PITT. Could he be successful in the league? He was my favourite player coming into 2015.

To me, he and Colemen are the two guys I would most want from this draft at the wr position. Treadwell is good, but not worth a high first round investment.

Scooby Wright III LB Arizona

He was injured a few times in 2015 but was far and away the best LB in 2014, curious what your take on him is.

If that is the case, we totally wasted our number two in 2015.

Sterling Shepard WR - 5'10 191 lbs (Oklahoma)

Positives: Very reliable. Seems to catch everything thrown at him or around him. Really good punt returner. Plays best as a slot guy, but can play all over the line. Has a bit of wiggle to his game with the ball. Very explosive player with very good straight line speed, probably a high 4.4 guy. Have seen him run past guys in go routes. TD machine. Always finds a way to get open and find the zone. Willing blocker when called upon.

Negatives:
Smaller. To me, he he plays smaller then 190. Goes down on his own a lot, afraid of taking the hit. Little bit of a 1 trick pony, almost runs the slant or the option route every single play.

Where He Fits and My Opinion:
Really good inside player, but I don't see him being an outside guy at next level. Too similar to what we have here in Cole. Not as good a route runner as Cole or as quick, but more straight line speed. A team is going to get a really solid player with Shepard. Does so many things very good. Just don't the Cowboys taking smaller slot guy.

Tajae Sharpe WR - 6'3 190 lbs (UMass)

Positives: Even though he played for small school, played in some big time games against great competition and excelled. Can play all over, left, right and slot. Excellent size and length. Knows how to use his body to shield defenders. Really impressive footwork, extremely quick feet. Runs in and out of breaks so clean. Precise route runner. Good blocker. Has a second gear that he sometimes puts on. Doesn't look outstandingly fast, but at the same time he runs past guys regularly. My guess is he is a 4.5 flat guy. Good, not elite.

Negatives:
Hands can be a little inconsistent at times, especially in traffic. Like to see to get him stronger and grow into his frame more, goes down on initial contact too often. Didn't play against the best competition on a week in week out basis.

Where He Fits and My Opinion:
Really like this kid. Does everything for you. Wish he was a little bit faster and could give us that true home run hitter, but he's not. But I wouldn't mind him as a 3rd or 4th round option. Can be an outstanding # 2 receiver at the next level.

Pharoh Cooper WR - 5'11 208 lbs (South Carolina)

Positives: Explosive mismatch. His start stop is just ridiculous. So quick off the line. Reminds me of a cross between Darren Sproles and Randall Cobb. Does so many things for you including returns. So shifty and hard to get a hand on.

Negatives:
Strictly a slot receiver/trick type of guy. Not going to give you anything on the outside. Inconsistent hands, had some really bad drops and fumbles.

Where He Fits and My Opinion:
Probably too similar to what we have with Dunbar and Whitehead. Probably going to be a better football player then either of those guys, certainly more explosive. Really like this kid and what he does just don't see us drafting him.

Kenny Lawler WR - 6'3 195 lbs (Cal)

Positives: Really nice length. Huge catch radius, just put the ball up and he's got a good shot to make the catch. Shows physicality in the run game. Can move all over the line and play the various WR positions. QB friendly player. Shows really good awareness and never gives up on a play, both in blocking down field and relentlessly trying to get open for QB. Runs a really advanced route tree, and shows excellent quickness in his release. Really great footwork on his route running.

Negatives:
Makes the amazing catches, but has tendency to drop the easy ones at times. Very lanky, slim frame that needs to add some muscle. Doesn't get a ton of separation on his routes which makes me worry about his top end speed. Not really a YAC guy.

Where He Fits and My Opinion:
Really impressed by Lawler. Makes a lot of plays and seems to be a really smart football player. Love his awareness and ability to bail QB out.

Leonte Carroo WR - 6'1 205 lbs (Rutgers)

Positives: Deceptively fast, don't realize it until he has the ball or when he is running past people. Stout, physical football player, especially at the point of attack. Had some success against some really good defenses.

Negatives:
Looks a lot smaller then 6'1 and plays it too. Seems to have his most success as a slot receiver, not really an outside receiver. Has had some injury concerns in college and domestic violent issues in the past.

Where He Fits and My Opinion:
Going to be off a lot of draft boards due to his past. Not overly impressed looking at a few games. Doesn't WOW me, or do anything great.

Braxton Miller WR - 6'1 215 lbs (Ohio State)

Positives: Explosive playmaker. Makes so many plays with hands on the ball. Elusive. Shows outstanding hands and comes up with some amazing catches. Outstanding concentration. High character leader on the football team. Has a huge ceiling with ability to constantly get better. Can do so many different things on the football field.

Negatives:
Obviously very new to the position going to have to continue to be refined and taught. Not sure he is ever going to be an outside receiver, his best traits are as a scat back or slot type of receiver.

Where He Fits and My Opinion:
There's a place for this kind of guy on my football team. Just an absolute playmaker. Incredible athlete.

Paul McRoberts WR - 6'3 197 lbs (Southeast Missouri State)

Positives: Playmaker with the ball in his hands. Makes a lot of guys miss and breaks through so many tackles. Absolutely dominated the competition he played against, made so many big plays. Has a huge catch radius, with excellent hands.

Negatives:
Plays against inferior competition. Not an absolute burner, probably a high 4.5 guy.

Where He Fits and My Opinion:
So hard to tell with him because the competition was so bad. Really looking forward to hearing senior bowl reports of how well he does. Could be a really good football player that might last until the middle rounds.

Love it. I'd appreciate it if you could do Braylon Addison next, he's another explosive playmaker.

Did Braxton return any kicks? How'd he look?
