How about me schooling Alexander with my adjusted salary cap link with the Cowboys' rollover cap space.

Everybody catch that?

So we just paid $18 million for 4 years on a run stopper? please excuse me while I kiss the sky
over this brilliant Jerruh acquisition

No, we paid 6 Million guaranteed for several seasons of a solid Eagles DT. Which is 3 Million less than the Eagles paid for one season of DeMarco Murray and the 702 yards rushing he delivered for it.

No he can't, we suffer almost every down that he plays. He is one of the worst DT's that we've ever had, by a long shot. He makes everybody worse. A total negative. He is Wilcoxian.

his an adequate back up

Thronton isn't going to be an all-pro, but he is a good talent at an obvious need and eliminates that as a need in the draft (though they should still address it). I am a big fan of this signing.

Speaking of dodging a bullet in considering Bosa as a draft pick, signing Thornton also gives the team more flexibility with the ability to play SDE. If other options don't work out, the Cowboys could have DLaw and Gregory at WDE and candidates at SDE like Thornton, Jack Crawford, Irving, and Ryan Russell. That wouldn't be optimal, but it wouldn't scare me either.

I am ecstatic that Hayden is gone. That means someone is at least paying the minimum amount of attention.

With Thorton and TMcClain there is no room at the inn for the GoldenC and his 400 snaps.

Carr, Free, Church and Wilcox are next if you are keeping score.

Did Hayden actually sign elsewhere? I will hold my applause until it's official he wont be in Dallas.

Are the Cowboys content paying Crawford as a backup? Otherwise I don't believe they're taking a DT in the first 2 rounds. I'd bet on it.
