Jeff Heath almost killed Ricardo Lockette

lol yup. Dude is a clown in coverage.

People get caught up in his measurables..... He has decent speed for a safety and looks the part. But he's by no means a good or even decent safety. His best plays have been almost killing a NFL player and tracking down Calvin Johnson.

Agreed. There have been so many plays that I have seen him in where he blows coverage and looks lost. I've wondered why he is even on our team. I think he gives it his all, it's just that his all isn't good enough ya know?

Yeah I agree. Nothing against him. He's not underachieving. Like you said, not a lack of effort. This is just what he is.

I don't think it's a stigma, he's not a very good football player, that doesn't mean he's not a tough SOB. The NFL has plenty of role players.

A lot of Heaths perception as a bad player comes from that Vikings game. He wraps up Adrian Peterson, picks him up and is about to slam him into the turf when another player caught AP and he ran in to score.

Wasn't Heaths fault.

Like the phantom defensive holding call against Heath vs TB last year. Heath really did nothing wrong. Yet stupid fans place full blame on Heath
