They are basing it off comments from Broaddus and from Kevin Turner from 105 that have said they heard the scouts prefer Ramsey and the coaches love Zeke.

This is not concrete but is what these personalities say they are hearing at Valley Ranch or through back channels.

So my vote is for Zeke..........besides, with our Div 3 quality defense, we are going to need to score 40+ points a game to win anyways.

With Lamar Miller this would have been a very easy pick. I still would have go to Ramsey. Look I like Elliott, I just find it hard to justify drafting a RB given the resources currently allocated to that position.

whatever. McFadden was statistically a top 5 rusher. Morris is a quality back to have as part of a rotation. And they resigned Dunbar. You can never have enough defensive backs, I can't say the same for running backs. But again, they could've signed Lamar Miller, shifted McFadden to RB2 and we wouldn't be having this discussion. You guys hate "bargain basement vets" and at the same time dont want to pony up and pay a young RB just entering his prime. Make up your mind.

I'm on the same boat as you. The only reason I would lean towards Zeke a little bit more is just simply because we are in win now mode. But if we were to build, I would go with Ramsey

Our o-line made McFadden, who's a middle of the road running back, fourth leading rusher in the NFL last year. Just imagine what they would do with an elite talent like Zeke Elliot?
