I would add excessive alcohol to late list as well. While it is legal, the combination of fame, money and too much alcohol late at night has caused more than its fair share of problems. These guys are targets now, its best for them to be very careful. Some people want to just be seen with them but some will want to cause trouble.
Hopefully Uber has solved some of those problems.

Not sure if that's everything or not everything. Regardless, Bryant has been overcriticised. Certainly he deserves some backlash but everything is too inclusive. For example, the guy was blamed for an incident that was never caught on video--even though Florio reported it as true.

Whether you are guilty of every little thing or not is really not the point. When you act like an immature moron and cause enough problems you wind up losing the benefit of the doubt. Which is what has happened to Dez. And when you see a great young star like Dak that does and says it all right it really brings it home. One guys is a mature leader beyond his years that will focus the team. The other is an overgrown immature baby that becomes a distraction to his team mates. The Cowboys need more Dak Prescott and less Dez Bryant if they want to be a championship team again. Maybe Dak will rub off on Dez.

As much as I'm in the "they're doing nothing wrong" group, I'm just as much in the "wish they were at The Star studying Cincinnati's defense" group, simply for peace of mind as a fan.

That is because Dez is an fool that has been proven over and over again. Dez deserves everything that he gets.

Bryant has had bouts of immaturity but none have been that imposing a distraction to the team's performance. The question of "how much Bryant" is required by the team is debatable. Any weak criticism falls short if Bryant does his job during games that finishes in victories.

When players on your own team are ratting on you, its pretty obvious that you are rubbing people the wrong way.

Dez Bryant refutes report of careless behavior: 'It is crazy' — ESPN

The lead story should be about the Cowboys players who propelled the team to victory, and we will get to that momentarily. But let’s go ahead and get the latest Dez Bryant craziness out of the way. Adam Schefter got hold of some anonymous sources who said Bryant has missed or been late to 20-40 meetings or other engagements at the Cowboys facilities over the years. Bryant was obviously not happy.

While Bryant has consistently been an offensive focal point for "America's team," he said Sunday that he must be "America's most hated."

"We don't even know who's saying it," said Bryant, after sources earlier told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter that Bryant had been tardy to or missed 20 to 40 meetings in his career. "That's the crazy part about it. I get messages from my friends, talking about, 'It's just crazy.' Because it is crazy."

Apparently one of Schefter’s sources is a Cowboys player who would remain anonymous.

"If you were hoping for him to come to a scheduled meeting, he may or may not be there. But if you need a first down on third-and-14, throw it to Dez," said the Cowboys player, who spoke to ESPN under the condition he remain anonymous.

Hard to believe that a current Cowboys player would feel the need to go outside the locker room to say something like this. Jerry Jones defended Bryant, sort of.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said "on the face," the number of reported missed meetings by Bryant was not accurate, though he offered that "since the beginning of time, meetings and the timeliness of his meetings have been his No. 1 issues."

I think it’s pretty clear that Bryant has a problem with being on time to some extent, and we know that he missed meetings earlier this week. He probably needs to make a good show of not being late or absent for the foreseeable future.

I wonder if second-hand smoke is a problem at Snoop-Dog parties...

Second-hand? You're kidding right. If you're partying with Snoop, it's not going to be second-hand. Only first handers party with Snoop.

For those who didn't click, Snoop was guest DJ at a club where Dak and Zeke showed up, and Snoop gave them a shout out.

Whatever happened to 'Snoop Lion' anyway? Where I have I been recently?
Gansta Rap died like a decade ago........no idea what today's version is called......."Snoop a loop....bring your little hat"

Bryant missing meetings is a topic worth criticizing. It's certainly something even though it's not everything but how much of a distraction has it been?

The anonymous quote is neither too inflammatory nor does it carry much weight with me personally. I detest "anonymous sources" in articles or broadcasts concerning non-issues but that's just one of my personal pet peeves.

Completely agree however, there is a very fine line between harmlessly having a good time and trouble when it comes to "partying". As long as both stay on the correct side of that line, I am good.
I like what Parcells always said. Have fun but remember that nothing positive happens after 12 O'clock in clubs.

Second-hand smoke will not get you high. A misguided, and ignorant public perception. (Not sure you were being sarcastic, just needed to point this out to others that may buy into your post).
