Hard to think a TE is so important. If so our coaches cannot be that poor and failing to adjust.

If you look in the draft zone myself and others are already picking TEs we like.

It's a crucial position with our zone blocking.

I think a elite TE that can block and get downfield really puts our offense over the top.

Dez is in the right slot - Dig every time. Dez is on right on his own - Go. Dez is on the left - Slant/Go. The end.

You would think they would run a corner route every one in a while with Dez lined up in the slot, with Zeke in the flat to that side vs a single high safety look.

I knew there would be a noticeable difference but didn't think it would cripple the rushing attack. I find it hard to believe there isn't an adequate blocking TE out there on the street who can also catch an occasional pass. Looney is completely underwhelming at TE as the 6th OL.
