Zeke only got 23 touches

Hey you 2 angry people, we all are. Calm it down, and I would only say it to yall.

The last thing I am is angry, I think things are looking up.

Unlike some, I had a lot of fun watching the team play this season.

That is asinine. But knowing that what you are doing is offending someone and doing it anyway is a real class act, Count.

And yes, I get that you don't care. It is my point after all. Stay classy, San Diego.

Oh, you're offended? Well I'm offended anyone can speak with such clairvoyance about what the backup QB would have done when the starting QB was stellar. Where's your sympathy for me?

I want a google chrome plugin for everytime a thread like this is started before 2017 kickoff it replaces "Offense/Dak/Linehan" with "Defense/Dline/Marinelli"

No one is attacking you unfairly. I do like the victim card though.

Comparing people with 9-11 conspiracy nutters because they believer Romo could have done better is petty and low.

Dak did well and wasn't the reason we lost, but Romo decimates that GB secondary from start to finish. Linehan relied too much on Dak when he should have ran Zeke more.
This is the best I've seen it said. Not Dak's fault but didn't play to his strengths

Like hell they're not. As a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, I am being unfairly attacked by those that love Romo more than the Cowboys.

I'm the victim, defend my dignity oh mighty defender of dignities!

Also, this has nothing to do with 9-11, take your political nonsense to the curb. Should have known this was your own personal hangup.

Score obviously was responsible for a lot of that, but they got too cute in 2nd/3rd and short. Way too cute. That pick when we were driving was all on the staff, in my opinion. That should never have been a pass.

Stellar is the wrong word unless you are referring solely to his 4th quarter play or Romo's play in 2014.

Nice conspiracy. This is boring. I know you see it. You are just being typical.

I thought he played great.

If Romo had played a similar game, I'd have said (and have said) the same of him.

What I would NOT do, is declare the guy backing up Romo would have certainly done better.

I guess I just have higher expectations playing against a decimated version of the worst pass defense in the NFL. If Romo had a backup behind him that played at an MVP level the last time he was healthy, I also would wonder how he would have performed against a porous defense.

You can wonder all you want, you can even state that your opinion is that Romo would have been the better play.

What you probably should not do is state, as a fact, that the backup would have been dominant as if it's fact. It helps no one and it's baseless.

He was very, very good. Unfortunately we needed him to be great yesterday.

3 1/2 weeks of rest and he gets 23 touches. Linehan needs to answer. I don't care if 13 guys are in the box, make them prove they can stop it before to stop it yourself.

The int was supposedly a run/pass option call, and Dak checked out to the pass because 8 guys were in the box. Sometimes running into 8 is a win with Zeke.

When you fall behind by 18 points in the second quarter you're going to throw more than you would if you were up by 7. The game plan changed due to the deficit.

I do agree with not checking out of a run into a pass all the time, just because they load the box. If it's short yardage, I'm still giving it to Zeke most of the time. They WANT us to check into a throw.
