Dak Better Not Be A One Year Wonder

I don't think he is a one-year wonder but do worry about next season some. There will be tape on him now with D coordinators studying him. I expect a decent season yet not as successful as 2016.

As long as Zeke and the O-line hold up, the offensive side should be okay. The other side might end up being a disaster.....worse than this past season if we lose players and sign real hacks to replace them. Romo, Dak, whoever might not overcome that :(

If he is we'd be in this same predicament a year from now anyway. Lets stop with the phony well wishes.
What is phony about hoping the starting QB of your favorite sports team is successful?

Regardless of how anybody feels about Romo, the decision has been made and we all need to move on with Dak and hope he is successful because that means the team will be successful

If Dak sucks that means the team is going to suck as well.

I hope he has a good year too as I hope every cowboys player does...but if this turns to be a crap season I hope the first one gone is Garrett. As much as I like him he would need to go

I don't think he will be, saying that, I don't think he will be as good as he was last year, more pressure, more film and great luck with so little injuries.

well, he will have no excuses that's for sure

best OL in football
top 3 RB
above average WR corps
crap defense (although the D has been utter crap since 2007 so no change there)

i take it back, he will have the "worst coach in the NFL" excuse.. oh well

gotta play above your crap D and horrible coach Dak, sorry

um, yea. Most of us did this after week 5

More pressure? How will he have more pressure now that this is his team, than when he had the longtime franchise QB right behind him, and every game was potentially his job?

We'd be in the same position after Romo retired, which wasn't too far away. It's not like keeping Romo would have solved our qb issues beyond 2018

Oh, and one more thing to scare you all. All 32 teams have 17 game films in disks all ready to figure him out and just think, 2 of those games
were against the Gints which beat us both times. A nightmare comes to you all.
