News: DMN: Ex-Cowboys CB Brandon Carr reveals what was 'pretty much' the deciding factor in

Haha, That Carr guy. Plays in the same league like Demacus Ware.

Im so happy those guys are Cowboys no more.

When Romo is gone i am finaly happy.

he wanted to finish playing on a defense that plays some defense. no harm on that. Newman had a good career after Dallas, Ware and Bennett of course. These ex cowboy players are finding success post Dallas, no shame in that.

It was purely a business decision, I don't believe it was an interest in playing for the Ravens as his primary reason... Oh well, its clear the Cowboys didn't value Carr the same... It speaks volumes they chose to sign Carroll while Carr was still on the market...

That ship has sailed...Good luck with those dominate defense dreams. The difference between Dallas and the Ravens last year was about 400yds. about 35ish yards a game...

Ravens..... dominance??

Good riddance...he like many a player is just stealing money...the only positive was he was always healthy, but in no way was he worth 50 million, I'll take our chances with Carrol and Brown manning the corners...I doubt they can be much worse than MO, can't stay healthy, Carr always healthy but can't cover worth a lick.

Haha Of course he is going to say that. It would be the same thing if he signed with Cleveland. "I, uh, always had a thing in my mind, my heart, to play with the Browns"

I get they can't just straight up say, "Hey, I came for the money" but......you don't have to lie to kick it! ;)

No reason for this to be here. He ain't a Cowboy anymore. Couldn't care less what his "reasons" are. Tradition, blah blah blah. It's about the paycheck you fool
