If that really happened, I agree with your post. I doubt it though because he would have done some jail time and not been drafted at all if her story had merit. Seems like a money grab to me. Of course, I could be wrong...

Though, I don't think there's anything inherently racist in saying you're more likely to get into trouble at a hip hop club than a jazz club. It's a generalization, sure, and maybe not an accurate one, but it's not inherently racist.
