It was an assault pillow.... and they need to be banned. If we can save just one person by banning them, it will be worth the struggle.
She displayed no visible injuries to the police...... not even DNA from the drool on the pillow
Seems like a ridiculous waste of tax dollars to prosecute this case. It's a classic he said/she said scenario. The DA needs to be fired.

White Knight AlertYeah. Ridiculously wasteful to allow people basic rights to have complaints heard by a jury.
We should repeal the 6th Amendment.
The amendment is the worst. The worst.
I think dragging her across the floor and forcefully putting his hands around her neck would be more than a pillow fight. I'm not saying it is domestic violence, but I don't want to downplay the possibility that it is either.
I once saw a DV charge based on a spit ball. Not joking.
Elliot was dancing with the girlfriend until 1am, meanwhile Mike Irvin snuck in the house while Lewis was sleeping and turned on the lights.Ok...so what role did Elliott and Mike Irvin play in this crime!! They must have been involved somehow!
I drag my missus across the floor after a pillow fight all the time! I'm grateful I read this, so I can stop before she ends up dead.It did say he dragged her across the floor.
He on trial for a pillow fight?

I'm a proud member of the NPA and support your right to carry........on..... and on and on......
Assault with a Cuddly Weapon is no laughing matter...Because there was a pillow involved.
You cannot let that kind of thing slide.
What a brute!! Jail is not good enough..he must be sent to Cleveland!

Though, I don't think there's anything inherently racist in saying you're more likely to get into trouble at a hip hop club than a jazz club. It's a generalization, sure, and maybe not an accurate one, but it's not inherently racist.
