I think She didn't want to Out him until he dumped her. Once he de-invited her to his party, she decided to reveal everything (and also lie).

But she was accumulating the evidence before Zeke dumped her. Showing the evidence to a trusted friend would have only strengthen that evidence.

Yes it would have. I agree.

But when she was taking the pictures her motive wasn't to have him arrested, it was either 1). To make him pay her off or 2). To use them as leverage to try to get him to keep hanging with her.

After he dumped her she decided to ruin him. But before that, she had a different plan.

we need a catchy phrase like they did with OJ attorney "if the glove does not fit, you must acquit"

cannot come up with anything good:
"stalkers are not victims"
"if you cannot have his money, destroy him"
"if she makes up some evidence, she can make up more evidence"

any ideas?
It's already taken but you cannot turn a ho into a housewife...

Which part of rioting, plotting to riot, threatening to riot, etc. is wrong do you not understand?

i thought we were talking about how to help zeke.
oh please stop the moralizing.
this is big business and you need to swing the big stick.

rioting is wrong and bad for everyone.
everything else is fair game.
of course you are not threatening to riot, but what you are doing is planning protests.
and peaceful protests at that, but the owners/nfl cannot count on that.
if that leads to rioting, that was not in the plans and you should definitely make sure protests are peaceful.

that is where the owners need to back down.
and jerry offers the solution while sticking the knife in.
i thought this is pretty easy to understand.

talking about rioting, threatening rioting, be in a position to lead a riot, but not actually rioting.
i am giving others here enough credit and sophistication to understand that.

if your enemy thinks you are crazy, they will back down earlier and you get a better outcome.
if the other owners see a PR disaster coming, jerry can come in, be the white knight to calm things down, and hopefully stick the knife in.

look at which difficult powerful shorty backed down today.
question is how to win the 'looking crazy' battle there.

Alinsky tactics might work in this situation.

there are pros that do that.
if and when it comes time, let the pros do that so it is safe and so no one gets in trouble.

got to get jerry that leverage to stick the knife in.

RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)

RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)

RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

There now is one and only one way for Zeke to fix this whole situation if he is indeed being railroaded. He needs to march into
Goodell's office and demand a full lie detector test with voice stress analyzer. If he passes, he should demand that the results be
disseminated to all the media and get an immediate apology from the NFL. If he just tries to attack the woman, Goodell is going to side with
the woman and his advertisers.

exactly, attack the skank, goodell and his gang of four.
dehumanize and demonize them at every possible opportunity but in a legal way.
they need to hire a consultant from someone experienced in election campaigns.

If he's completely innocent, he should pass with ease. If he's got anything to hide, DON"T DO IT!

zeke and skank both know what evidence there are.
that means the lawyers should know what the evidence there are.

i have been in some ugly zero-sum sessions.
yes they stay in brief case and the pros take over.
but it is pretty obvious things are set up for where it 'could' go.
