need to find house selling docs and get 1 form from a bank.
and getting ready for a surprise trip to sf tomorrow or next tuesday...

Copy! So, if it's not to forward of me asking: what kind,if any, profit margin are you looking at with the sell of this San Fran rat tra,,, er,,,quality 'A' frame casing-liner estate with coastal vineyard views?

[Melonfeud]

Don't worry about hurting his feelings, worry about his comebacks. He good at that.

no big deal and no big secret.

i sold a rental property 40 miles from SF.
my accident and 2-year recovery ate into my savings.
so i had to liquidate a property to pay bills including medical etc.

i bought my SF area rat house in 2013.
i expect appreciation of 40-50% of purchase price.
but my contractor remodeled the kitchen, 1 bath and put new floors in ...

i wish it has coastal view.
properties in the peninsula may have doubled due to the tech boom.
this is in the east bay close to walnut creek.

many bay area properties appreciated more
this house was supposed to have been the 'forever house' with steel i-beams for earthquake protection.
so i did not go for the best value...

Just Google those, exactly as I typed it, and you will be in heaven. Sometimes you'll need to try all five to get the perfect 1080 feed. But those five are the bees-knees, my friend.

If those don't work, let me know. If you have any issues, let me know, also (pop-up ads, etc).

There's no downloading required with those sites. Just a straight, pure stream. You'll get some inappropriate ads (if you're watching with a little one), just a heads up.

Good luck, B

HA! Bees knees..... haven't heard that in a very long time.

It's a definite Melonism.........

+1 mi Amigo.
