How can anyone vote "vacated" after this fiasco? It sure seems like Goodell already wrote this appeal decision when he wrote the suspension, Henderson has to hand it in. If he doesn't do that, the NFL will look even sillier, if that's possible at this point.

I think it will be funny if Henderson vacate's the suspension, and then Goodell ignores his recommendation (which Goodell can definitely do) and upholds the 6 game suspension or maybe reduces it to 2 games.

I think it's staying at 6 games because the league set the bar that DV under the code of conduct policy is going to be 6 games minimum.....I originally thought he'd get 1 or 2 games as a pattern of behavior under the code of conduct policy....

Since Henderson kind of went against the NFL and said he would rule before the "deadline" even though the NFL was trying to flex on there is no deadline - I'm going to be optimistic and say Henderson vacates the whole thing.

The NFL brass already probably don't like he said he would rule by the deadline. If Henderson was scared of ruling against the NFL brass, he would not of done that. Maybe he hopes to save a shred of his dignity. Here's hoping!

I think 6, it will be going to court unless it is 0. It should not have taken a year to come to this decision, but with the man hours investigating... They were going to find something they wanted to see.

I picked it, because I dont think it will matter what Henderson does. It will go to court.

Anyone with an ounce of integrity would vacate this decision. So I'm hoping Henderson has an ounce.
