2 catches for 43 yards.

1 pass interference to get them the TD.

One overthrow from Dak which would have been an easy TD.

Another interference not called where he would have had a TD.

Many Dez bashers, year after year says he has games where he does not have an effect and without these sides notes they would point to this game as well.....

He was effectively taken out of the game.

Still not a number one WR, nobody is scared of Dez. Only need to worry about him for a couple more years.

I don't know what you guys are looking at.

Dak couldn't throw him an accurate ball to save his life.

Dez is absolutely still an elite WR. We do this every single year. We are a run first team, he's not gonna see 100 catch seasons like AB, he is a big play guy and that's it.

Jenkins is no slouch.

I imagine he struggles the next two weeks against Talib/Harris and Peterson.
No, he's definitely no slouch, but Dez has a way of disappearing for multiple weeks at a time. He just isn't the answer as a #1 WR.

He never was an "elite" WR.

I have trouble criticizing his game yesterday -- it was a win and the ball was fairly evenly distributed. It's not like he got a boatload of targets.

Having said that, he doesn't seem nearly as physically dominant as he did as Dez Bryant circa 2013-2014 and I wonder if we'll ever see 'that' Dez Bryant again.

Somehow Dak is "accurate" when he throws to Beasley and witten and Williams but somehow he forgets how to be "accurate" when he throws to Dez

The haters here are laughable. He outplayed Jenkins all game long and he was usually bracketed on every play. That opens up players like Witten, Beasley, EE and occasionally T-Will underneath. If some throws were executed in that game, he could have had something like 6 catches for over 100 yards and 2 TD's. But a player that catches 6 passes for over 100 yards and 2 TD's against one of the top pass defenses while being bracketed for most of the game isn't worthy of a #1 WR is the logic being used around here.

Dez is "great" in his own mind, but he just doesn't strike fear in defenses like a true stud WR should.

I love Dez for his enthusiasm and confidence, but our offense stalls way too often if we try to force balls to him.

He just can't consistently get open. And last night, he was physically man-handled by Jenkins multiple time.

Dallas doesn't manufacture catches to Dez like other teams do for their WR's and i'm sorry but if Julio or Antonio were here they would be in the same position as Dez.
