To this point in their careers that's demonstrably untrue, but he's stepping up today when it really counts. I'm happy for him.
As I am for the Jags. Twice in one season beating up Worthlisberger & his P towels. Absolutely, awesome. Rooting for Jags rest of the way. We need new sceneries in the SB. CONGRATS:clap:

It is really amazing how a storied franchise like the Cowboys could not make it to the conference championship for 20+ years, and yet a laughing stock franchise like the Jags in one season turn it over to get there.

Even by luck we could not do it .. what is wrong here .. just WOW

The Jags have been to the AFC Championship 3 times since we were last to a championship game.

It's the circus atmosphere this man creates....He just doesn't get it. He would rather make money.

The AFC is very weak. But mainly the Jags have been building up that defense for several years. It just didn't show up in the W-L record.

For the record, I hate the Steelers. But for guys to call Tomlin a bad coach is beyond stupid IMO. His team went down to the wire, time ran out. A team actually has to win a game, and the jags out lasted the steel.

It is amazing to me for Tomlin defenders. Basically Tomlin has the same role as Garrett, since the day he was there, he has no say on defense or office, or even ST. Just a lead cheerleader. Yet, you "Garrett-hater" give him all the credit for what they did, not there coordinators, and defend him when he sucks.
Yet, you keep jumping on Garrett and hating on him when things go wrong, and credit the coordinators when things go right. Even though Tomlin is working under a stable properly managed organization, while Garrett is basically working in a circus ..

To me, the biggest clown in the NFL is Tomlin, and I would take Campo over him any day

And you would have ZERO titles, just like Campo has.

Basically, since we last made it to the conference championship game, they joined the league, made it to the conf. champ. game, sucked for few years, came back again, sucked yet again, and now they are back

I HATE FOOTBALL :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Fun stat for the jags

The 11 starters are all under contract through next season and only nickel corner Aaron Colvin will become a free agent next year. Campbell is the only starter over 30, with Jack and defensive end Yannick Ngakoue both just 22, while Ramsey is 23.

That was yesterday’s lesson. Today's Lesson is dynamic offenses that score 40 plus points in playoff games win championships.
Today certainly tested the "defense wins championships" theory which is one i certainly believe in. The Steelers are supremely talented on offense with a HOF QB, the best reciever in the game and possibly the best RB too. Don't forget their OL is really good. The game was still 28-7 at one point so the Steelers had quite the hole to try and climb out of thanks to the Jags defense causing two turnovers including a fumble recovery TD. Hats off to the Steelers, who still lost the game. QBs like Brady, Ben, Brees, ect are extremely rare and even then, they have had good defenses on their championship teams.

True .. but come on..... ONE YEAR in 20+ years .... ONE STINKING YEAR .. by hook or by crook .. we could not do it?????? I men when you think of the teams who made it during that time .. it is really close to drive me to cry that the once model franchise of the sporting world, AMERICA'S TEAM .. is not able to put two playoff wins together .. amazingly sad

It is sad...its also sad that some teams haven't had a championship in 50 years........its sad the Bills went to the Super Bowl.....what was it? 5 times and don't have one ring to show for it? All teams are a part of bad history. Ours sucks. But its probably what we deserve when we have Jerry Jones as GM/owner.
