I know Sports Illustrated it's not the be-all and end-all of sports journalism, swim suits yes, but the named Alexander one of the best NFL coaches.

Along with Pete, this guy created the Legion of Boom from scratch as their DB coach. Very pleased with this signing. A young DC with success in the league.

An O-line coach with a strong history coaching top O-lines

And a new, young, passing game guru who can be groomed

Not bad. Oh yes and a probably returning Gary Brown as RB coach. A returning scouting director.

Now find a QB coach taller than 5'10" who doesn't look like Sonny Jurgenson without the fat

I'd say bring back Joe Avazano as ST's coach but that would be raising the dead. Sorry Joe, hope it's good up there coach

I'm happy with the hire. Most of Seattle dbs were not 1st round picks and he got the most out of them. Hope he can get AB back in form.

The more I think about this the more I like it.

In Seattle, he was known as an excellent DB coach, but not a great DL coach. He’s still young, but that’s probably the reason he didn’t get a DC job.

Meanwhile, Marinelli is known to be a good DL coach, but we’ve seen his secondary coaching firsthand.

I like this combination.

I like that we interviewed Pete Metzelaars too. Dude coached Antonio Gates and he was as hard nosed a player as Witt. Maybe he can instill that in Rico whose nose seems a bit soft . Of course he was a basketball player and Frazier shouldn't have laid him out but welcome to football

Great hire, but why not as the DC

I think he’s a better DB’s coach than a DC. Tends to play too much softzone, but he did have his moments here in Seattle. You’d more than likely be underwhelmed if was your DC, but may be a very slight improvement than what you have now.
