Dez's fiery passion was an asset, but also his worst enemy. It made him lose focus, lose his cool on the sidelines, and allowed opposing DB's to get in his head.

My granddad is 93 years old & can’t spell his name. He went on to have a daughter with her doctoral degree & admin over a school district’s sped department, a daughter that became a bank branch manager, a son with a doctoral degree in theology, a son with a doctors degree & dean of student affairs at a prominent HBCU, & a son that was plant manager..not to mention the accomplishments of his younger son, daughters, & grand children.

Dez never said it was Witten, so fans shouldn't act like they no with any surety who he was speaking of.
 
Dez said himself as he was complaining that it was 5 guys sitting at a table vs. 1.

He's hurt. But that's kind of the normal thing when a team moves on. What did he expect, balloons, a clown and a punch bowl?
 
Here’s some speculation on it. Dez, love him or not, is just full of crap, saying something foolish without one ounce of proof. Does anyone think players had anything to do with Dez’s release? Idiots!
This was a front office/coaching decision. Players are not involved in roster decisions. Dez was upset, blaming anyone after Jerry said it was a decision made by several people. Can we please move on!
