Predict Dak’s Stats

you wasn't that little kid crying in that video was you... how's stephen mcgee doing....

only way he throws it that far accurate is if he's sitting in the row below me.
Dak is here to stay whether you like it or not. Suck it up, buttercup. Or whine away, what you do best.

Convert 3rd downs, keep drives going. Make plays. That's all I ask.

To be fair if Romo had a chance to stay around as long as he did without a decent playoff record and not a single peice of hardware to speak of then why can't dak?

He deserves a chance to prove he can add something to the collection.

Um, because Romo is leagues better than Dak as a QB?

That's like asking a Dolphins fan, if Marino can stick around without a single piece of hardware to speak of, then why can't Jay Fiedler or Gus Frerotte?

As for the OPs question, I think his stats will resemble the 2nd half of 2017 more than anything else. If the OL stays healthy and performs well, they may be slightly better than that stretch. Mid 80's passer rating maybe.

If the team is going to win much this year, it'll be because the defense improves a lot.

Tony toted his teams even with injury. To be fair.

One game he throws it into the crowd, lands in your mouth, bullseye.

Prescott tries to throw the ball into Captain Crash's mouth but Captain Crash isn't "college open" so Prescott hesitates, holds the ball , runs around like a headless chicken and gets sacked...

There, I fixed it for you.

It looks like the offense is pretty set with the exception of a rookie WR and TE. So with the current weapons at his disposal, will we see another 2016 or another 2017?

I’m thinking approx. 60% completion, 3000 yards, 20 TD, 12 INT. Slight improvement from last year but not enough to sell me on a big contact.
I think those numbers are pretty fair, add 5 or so TD's from rushing.

I believe that Dak is going to have a great year, but that it won’t necessarily reflect in the stats. Something like 2800 passing yards, 22 TD and 6 INTs. He’ll be efficient but won’t carry the team.

It’s Zeke who I expect to have a monster year, something akin to Emmitt’s year in 1995. I’ll go out and predict that he’ll rush for 1800 yards and score 20 TDs.

That is a step back. If Dallas wants to get to the playoffs Dak needs to be in 3600-4000 (250/game) yard area.

Why?

Dallas wins with the running game, ball control and a bend but not break defense. In ‘95 when the Cowboys won their third Super Bowl of that decade, Troy (who played all 16 regular season games) only threw 16 touchdowns.

This team is going to ride Zeke into the playoffs. All the way to the Super Bowl.

LMAO, leagues ahead??? Bro Romo shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as leagues. That's where legends and elits belong.

If you seriously believe Romo left a high bar for dak to reach you are really delusional. A1 idiotic!

LOL, so if the OL plays like they did in 2016 he will play like the end of 2017? Yeah, no.

More like:

4000 yards
29 TD passes
7 INTs
400 yards rushing
8 rushing TDs
