It wouldn't surprise me at all, but I have seen zero confirmation of this.

We wither have a liquor store clerk situation or OP was trying to rile people up. Earl has a lot of ties to Texas so it woulldn't shock me if a friend or family member had the inside scoop.

Wait and watch that's all I can tell you

ESPN is responding same thing

Earl Thomas - DB - Seahawks
ESPN's Dan Graziano reports trade talks between the Cowboys and Seahawks for Earl Thomas "centered around" the No. 50 overall pick.

Graziano's reporting suggests the Seahawks are happy with the compensation, but Dallas will not pull the trigger unless they know they can sign Thomas to an extension. Considering Thomas told Jason Garrett to "come get me" after a game in December, it seems like he is amenable to a long-term deal with Dallas. It would not be surprising to see the All-Pro safety moved during the draft.
Related: Cowboys

Source: ESPN

That just tells me that the Seahawks are caving and would accept a second. It does not say we have actually offered a second.

They keep caving daily. By tomorrow they will be ready for a third maybe even a 4th.

If his links check out why is everyone tripping lol.

Agreed pending compensation.

Unless the OP is posting false links I will thank him for his service lol.

Not worried moderater from what I know it'll be official very soon. There has to be a contract talk first. And apparently from what I understand it won't be as high as some would believe and it'll be 3 to 5yrs.
And it's a forum. My life does not revolve around it.

lmao..reminds me of Young Frankenstein..where they got the pitchforks ....the whole nine yards. But seriously I think this guy took a cbs sports report and embellished it..read more into it than was actually stated, and here we are.. we now got fake news. I think it was prolly unintentional. Glad though..because giving up more than a 3rd would be bad for the team going forward.

he is 29 they are going to extend him for 5 years and give up pick 50?

People should be fired for that.

Round 1 - fill a hole that you unecessarily created.

Pick 2- Give away for a one year rental.

That would be par for the course!

I feel myself slipping to the dark side - tonight and tomorrow may do me in.

For $10/week I could give each of you some insider analysis on this trade or any others that might happen. If Fish can do it, why can't I?

Jerry is a modern day PT BARNUM...and no way does he trade away a high pick in round 2 and lose a chance to garner attention. That pick is staying put.
