So I have been looking around for personal interviews of this kid and the only one I've found is the cheesy dc.com draft dreams one where I almost fall over from awkward setup and questions. Maybe this should go in the media forum but if anyone has any links to him talking like a normal human pls post

He just didn't have a LB with rush ability like Jaylon Smith at the time, will he now?

Also you have to think LVE plays Sam or Jaylon moves to Sam and LVE plays the Mike. In that base set you will have three LBs that can all rush the passer, which gives Marinelli a lot of options.

Also Kris Richard has to be happy bringing in a LB with cover skills that are somewhere between above average and elite.

Hate to break it to you. But this picks screams from the mountain tops. Marinelli Tampa 2. The Tampa 2 requires a guy like LVE. It gets me nauseous thinking about marinelli having an input in drafts and that old garbage scheme.
They don't run the Tampa 2 anymore.

All I heard was projection out of Jerry's mouth and it really pissed me off. And my god is it just me or is Garrett really cringe.

Dude its a bunch 70, 60, and 50 year olds talking to a 22 year old kid on the phone. He has no idea what to say.

Jerry sounded actually like it wasn't his pick, if I hear between the lines. I think he's being put out to pasture.

*edit - by that I mean it sounded like a salesman pitch, not empassioned.

They showed the war room they never even made a call. We have 2 4ths. Could have tried to put some package together.

I guess they weren't in love with Derwin James or there wasn't a big enough difference from LVE to pick up the phone.

Many of us are thinking there will be a round 2 move up if Courtland Sutton is the apple of their eye.

Who knows, he "could" turn out to be a great player but we haven't had good luck with Boise defensive players when it comes to injuries. Oscan, TCrawford, and DLaw.

A LVE, sutton draft would continue my nightmare after a season where the eagles won the sb and amazon put it on film

WR isn't my priority.

But if they think Courtland Sutton is smart and coachable, and they go get him, I'll hope they're right.

It will be so stupid. Cut a wr to draft his slower clone.

The team had enough of Dez Bryant, I don't expect they are looking for a wideout who reminds them of him.

Courtland Sutton's athletic profile is outstanding, he tested in the 94th percentile.

Can he learn how to use it?

Slow, sucks at route running, and can't separate. Pass
