How many players on this team actually from Vegas? or from the stat of Nevada?

That would be zero. Between Nevada and Arizona the only player I ever heard coming out of the desert is Austin Mathews...I'm sure there are more, but Mathews is the household name from the desert.

Winnipeg looked really good last night...

I think Winnipeg can play better, they still have another gear. Vegas will be better on Monday night, I think they were just overwhelmed by the crowd and noise. BellMts is a tough place to play and win in, unless your Nashville. Vegas got jumped on early and never recovered.

Vegas will have a tough time with the bottom two lines of the Jets. Those two lines played between 12 to 14 minutes last night. That's a recipe for disaster for Vegas as they will wear down as the series goes along if this continues. Vegas played an average of around 5 or 6 minutes.

I was at another forum earlier discussing the playoffs ... I had to leave ... some other poster was tryng to convince me Ovechkin is not a top 50 player, today or all-time. Ovie is gonna cruise past 700 career goals + by the time he retires ... and remember he is playing in an offensively challenged era. What would he have done in the high flying 80's, maybe 1000 goals.

I am really starting to appreciate Winnipeg ... what a great job the GM and coach have done. Paul Maurice played junior hockey in my town.

Yes. That's cool, he's probably not home much...

No he isn’t home much during the season. I travel through Windsor frequently. My son got a football scholarship and plays for the University of Western Mustangs in London.

Western has a really good football program. What position? You must be so proud. Windsor Lancer does not have a great football program. They have a very good Woman's Basketball program. I believe they were national champs 4-5 years in a row. Congrats on your son getting a football scholarship to a fine football school ... plus they are well know for good education.
