That's it! Someone needs to create an Uber/LYFT/Taxi system, but with exotic street burners.
That would be killer...

Im in, you cover the operating cost and I will drive the exotic steet burners.

So if that was Zeke, Dak, Lee...would you say the same?
No. I can’t honestly say that I would.

No. Not with Dak and Lee anyhow. And I don’t feel a need to defend the different standards.

I think you may be implying there is some hypocrisy there. I ain’t feeling the burn though.

I am considering the cost/benefit of making a statement. TWIL isn’t good enough to avoid the “statement cut.” In my opinion, there are 4 offensive linemen, 1 RB, 1 QB, 1 kicker, 2 CB, 1 LB, 1DE who have played themselves to a point that they would could expect extra chances. 10 of those 11 have set a fine example as far as I know.

That leaves 42 players who should make the final roster who I would be willing to say “good bye” to for the sake of establishing off-the-field expectations.

No remorse, no regrets. -Hetfield/Ulrich

There is no such thing as statement cuts anymore. Not with salary cap and the hits they make. Even a low level low cost player. Yeah, if one screws up as opposed to a big name player or starter, fans may think it is, but it really isn’t.

I did imply hypocrisy and specifically said that IIRC. I was just curious if you would cut the guys I mentioned because even though you did say Twill was expendable, a good part of your post was also about making a statement to the other players and not being hamstrung by players making poor decisions.

So basically, it has less to do with making a statement and being hamstrung and more to do with cutting players who don’t contribute that aren’t worth the headache.

10 of the 11 players I would have hypocritical standards for are players that are reported to be level-headed. The 11th May very well be the best RB in the league.

I still think cutting a #2 WR is a helluva statement.

Sobriety tests aren't given for public intoxication. Although he admitted to being the driver, he did not admit to being drunk at the time of the accident. This is why it is not a DWI, the police would have to catch him in the drivers seat and fail his test for him to be charged with the felony of DWI.

true but more importantly for Cowboys fans public intoxication falls under NFL Personal Conduct Policy/Substance Abuse Policy and will likely result in suspension. My guess is 2 games. If he fell under DUI I think it would be 4 game suspension so he probably saved himself 2 games.

What games have you been watching, I knowing he has went high for many catches and caught it with his hands. As Dak throws high quite often last year.
Go back and watch the games again.

No thanks, I already watched them. I know Williams is a joke and should have been cut a long time ago. He Is just about done here, no way he holds on to his job now. Hurns and Gallup will be our #1 and #2 and Beasley will hold down the slot. Not only is Williams a body catcher he is also a very dumb WR. Running out of bounds when are trying to burn time off the lock, or staying in bounds when we need to stop the clock, etc. Just always something dumb from him. He will be out of the league in a couple of years.
