LOL right.

The guy who just put up an insane 51 pts (on 32 shots), 8 boards and 8 assists vs the most stacked team ever assembled, is getting dominated by a 6th man and a guy who never won anything.

The LeBron denial from old school B-ball fans is simply adorable. GOAT.

Oh, I guess you weren't including the super team LeBron had to form with Wade and Bosh to start winning championships.

It's ironic these insufferable new era fanbois have memory issues.

LOL! Mike needed Scottie and Phil to reach the Finals, child. A team so good that they won 55 games WITHOUT him.

LeBron accomplished that with...um... Mo Williams and Zydrunas Ilgauskas. In just his 4th year too.

Learn basketball.

Speaking of Scottie, I guess he's a "fanboi" too.

And so is Isiah Thomas, the guy Mike couldn't get through until the Bulls formed a tremendous team around him.

LeBron never won a title without Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh or Kyrie Irving
LOL! This is just sad.

Scottie Pippen was 10 times the player Kyrie Irving is. And Mike needed Scottie and Phil Jackson just to REACH the Finals.

LeBron has reached the Finals with Mo Williams as his best teammate, then again with Jeff Green (after Kevin Love, another player completely inferior to Pippen, went down) as his best teammate.

Lebron made it out of a weak East in 2006-07 with only 50 win teams and that team looked like it didnt belong against San Antonio

MJ and quite honestly this debate is not even close.

Jordan is the better defender. He's got a far more killer instinct.

I saw people the other day bragging about how Lebron has now tied Jordan in 30+ point playoff games....yeah it only took him nearly 60 more playoff games then Jordan to tie him.

Get out of here.

Lebron is all time great. He's amazing. Anyone who won't acknowledge that is simply hating for the sake of hating. But he's not MJ great, especially on the biggest stages in the biggest moments.

The last 3 minutes that MJ played for the Bulls is all the reason I need to say I'd take MJ over Lebron.

MJ willed his team to victory in that game six. He was not going to be denied. I do not have any faith, at all, that Lebron would do the same.

As evidenced the other night. Now I'm not going to crush Lebron on this, because he's a super smart basketball player and he did, by all rights, make what would be considered the 'right' play by passing to Hill and Hill getting the foul shots.

But if you're the man. If you're the guy, in that moment, and you're not driving the lane and being doubled, then you don't pass there. You make a little move, you rise up over defensive nothing Curry, and you hit the game winner in his face.

Lebron passed that up for the 'right' call. MJ hits a jumper in Curry's face and the Bulls go up 1-0.

You say that like they were scrubs. Both were All Stars

Also, Mo Williams didnt play on that team. It was Boobie Gibson.

I generally hate the the MJ/Lebron comparison. MJ is a volume score and Lebron is a point forward. Neither can really the other does. Kobe is a comparison for MJ whereas Magic is a comp for Lebron. Different demeanors to go with different skills. A player like Lebron needs to be highly cerebral to be an All Time great. Generations will talk about Lebrons basketball IQ. A volume scorer like Jordan or Kobe need to be cold blooded and driven. Thats one of the things that seperates the Kobes from the Melo's and Iversons

Yes. LeBron vs a Spurs team with 4 future HOFers (including Pop).
Mo Williams was an All Star caliber player at that time. I figured you would have remembered his presence or absense in that series

Mo Williams was an All-Star ONCE in his mediocre career. The list of scrubs who somehow snuck into 1 All-Star spot in their otherwise mediocre careers is pretty long.

Jamaal Magloire, anyone??? Chris Gatling???

But he was an All Star caliber point guard and Ilgauskas was an All Star caliber Center. You acting as if they were scrubs as well as attacks on "old school BBall fans" detracts from any valid point you make. Its make you seem as either an Lebron fan boy or a Jordan hater. Or both

LOL how many games do those Cavs teams win with Mo/Big Z if LeBron wasn't there?? Like 25 max??

Mo was only an All-Star in 2009 (as an INJURY REPLACEMENT, by the way) because they won 60+ games that year, thanks to LeBron. Best record in the NBA that year if I remember correctly. If Mo Williams is your #2 option, your team is usually complete garbage.

(Unless the very best player to ever play is your #1 option, that is)

When it comes to it, Lebron has a more diverse skill set. Jordans skill set is more conducive to winning Championships. Its hitting big shots that wins titles and while Lebron isnt afraid to do that, he will defer. It was Kyrie, not Lebron that delivered the dagger during Lebrons greatest accomplishment. Lebron is not a guy you want scoring 50 to win a game in order to contend. You are in trouble if thats the case. Its one thing to need that VS the Celtics lead by a 21 and 20 year old. But not against a team that has been to 4 straight finals and won 2 of them. Thats why this series is a likely sweep
