Every single person who wants to win wants to win their way.Of course he cares about winning BUT only his way. Do you understand the difference?

Probably not since you’ve been corrected. LolCool thought it was 2 and really do not care
Obviously you don’t understand the difference.Every single person who wants to win wants to win their way.
I agree with you on that.Obviously you don’t understand the difference.
doesn't bother me a bit was guessing you did have to look it up thoughProbably not since you’ve been corrected. Lol
No, i knew who they were. I provided the link for support and saved me from typing . I appreciate your candor.doesn't bother me a bit was guessing you did have to look it up though
it’s an important and critical discrepancy.I agree with you on that.
All the best coaches have retired or died Several coaches that some want here should retireNo, i knew who they were. I provided the link for support and saved me from typing . I appreciate your candor.
Why wouldn’t Jerry pursue the best HC candidates out there?? There’s no cap on front office or coaching staffs. All the best coaches have retired or died Several coaches that some want here should retire
Took my favorite coach of all time 10 years to win a playoff gameWhy wouldn’t Jerry pursue the best HC candidates out there?? There’s no cap on front office or coaching staffs.
Build the Dream Team in FO and sidelines.
There’s no reason the most financially successful top generating revenue franchise shouldn’t have the most proven and experienced FO and coaching staffs.

Guess what these forums would be like if it was around during Landry's 1st 8 yearsIt actually only took him about 6 years to build a great team but unfortunately there was one team that was greater.
Garret will win a couple of Superbowl's at leastThis is a different era. You can’t retain the talent. Teams are being built quickly with sudden turn arounds.
Must have the eye for talent . Can’t miss on 2nd, 3rd rounds , etc. Hitting only on 1st and a couple rounds each year takes too long.
Either need an elite QB and or defense to go deep. There’s no time to surround lesser talents with more support.
He will if he lands or develops a Doomsday Defense and HOF QB.Garret will win a couple of Superbowl's at least
I was watching film of Kris Richard interacting with the secondary and I couldn't help thinking that this is the type of personality that I want coaching my team. He is more Bill Cowher than Jason Garrett and that is a great thing. With that in mind, how bad does the Cowboy start have to be to replace Garrett with Richard by midseason? Would an 0-3 or 1-4 start do it? That would definitely make the rest of the season more fun and interesting to watch. And I am only assuming that Richard would be the next man up but I think that he was brought here for that reason. What say you?
