He won't cost a comp pick because he didn't make the team.

Comp picks awarded/lost for 2018 offseason free agents are for the 2019 draft. That gives the NFL time to see who made the team and how much they got paid.

He was in trouble here when they drafted Armstrong, and he was a dead man walking when Gregory got reinstated. Pity, I'd have thought he'd be an ideal rotational end.

I don't think any moves made after the May 8th deadline affect the comp pick calculation so I don't think this helps us. However, I could be wrong. We need a free agency expert to chime in.

DT is likely Collins, Crawford, Woods, Irving and Price.
