You're so lucky, Dex. What a magnificent species.

Bull Sharks will ravage your thigh, femoral artery, they just might eat you, too. Not as much of a scavenger as a Tiger Shark, but Bulls will eat whatever they want. They also tend to hang out in murky waters. Even rivers. One of the few large sharks that can thrive in fresh water. And they are dangerous. And gorgeous.

With that said, you don't want the company of a 16-foot Great White, while it's trying to round up schools of fish and/or hurt/bit cetaceans (dolphins), along with bullying Bronze Whalers and assorted other man-eaters that it dwarfs.

All while swimming in S. Africa :)

I am not stupid enough to swim or dive in S. Africa :thumbup:

Bulls will bite(attack) just because, there is no rhyme or reason. At least with Whites, if they aren't hungry.....you are safe :grin:

I feel safer playing in the Pacific here than in the murky gulf of Mexico where Bulls are all around ya. There are a lot of Tigers as well but never had a problem with one fishing or diving. I have had my stringer of fish stolen from a Bull and Blacktip right off my hip wadefishing :thumbdown:
