If he had hit that pass to Rico, it would have been great. I didn’t see any bad misses aside from that one. Most of his incompletions were throw aways.

In addition to the below, I did see him throw a few throws tonight, that I did not think he could make. A tight timing route and he threaded the needle twice. Tight coverage, put it where it needed to be with confidence and authority. That is an improvement. The part he fails is in, still, is shifting back to his instincts to run outside the pocket, when stepping up is what he needed to do. He did that four times tonight, all four times, unnecessary, all four times, he had to throw the ball away. All four times, where times when a QB like Romo would have made a play.

3. Nothing spectacular
4. Nothing horrid either
5. Made a few reads and strong arm passes
6. Still needs a lot of work, he's just average at best
7. Dak will never single handily win a game for this team like other QB's can
8. I like Dak, but he's just not the answer. He's a bus driver.

With this defense it was good enough to win. I think part of the play calling after the first quarter was because they weren’t afraid of the Giants scoring so didn’t need to take many chances.

They did put the read option back in once they needed a drive to put the game away

I thought he played well. People are going to point to that throw he missed to gathers, or that almost INT on that long drive. In reality he was masterful on that drive. Every qb misses throws, every qb has almost int's.

I'll say one thing I'm still not sure dak is the answer long term but he is a playmaker. I don't like how we give him the ball early on and then wait till late to put the ball back in his hands. When dak is in rhythm we move the ball. (remember the playoff game his rookie year vs GB)

He played very well tnite. Not perfect but i thought very good.

He is going to have to play much better. And as far as being our future QB, there is no other QB. He is it. Play calling was great tonight. Have to utilize his running abilities. Still no roll out type passes.

I give Dak a B as well.. If he had hit Rico on the corner route he would've gotten an A from me. I think he needed a game like this to get some confidence back in general. Hopefully it carries over.

He was okay overall. Not great as a passer, but solid with the read-option. The offense struggled. Without the read-option it appears to be dead in the water. That's not the position I want to be in.

Better than last week, but not much, and the Giants aren't that good.

Looks like he has his confidence back. Controlled the game, made some throws into tight converage and had some clutch plays with his legs.

I don’t think he’s ever going to be the guy to throw for 400+ yards but he did what he needed to to lead this team to a W.

I don’t care about 400 plus yards. How 250 yards?

I mean he had a 64 yard TD throw on what his 2nd pass and still only ends up with 161 yards.

Yea he played better tonight with Accuracy but there has got to be more. In today’s NFL you should be a avg around 250 yards.

Great win against a division rival. I don’t want to be too critical. Let’s enjoy this win.

The only bad moment I remember was the missed TD pass. He threw the ball away on a few of those incompletions. He also made a nice throw on 3rd and 10 that was brought back by a penalty.

I think if the running game ever looks dominant this year his numbers will be better. Boy really getting a ton of help there yet.

so hes cam newton not bad for 4th round pick..used legs and a few throws and counted on D to win..odd LOL yes the O looks like it needs more work but Jeez you cant discount one big throw anymore then big run..take away big runs and throws and all you have is normal..no fan here is ever happy we are 1-1 beat a div rival and in toe for first place but still its as if you wish for doom so you can *****

Not against really good defenses. This Giants defense isn’t the Eagles or Vikings on D.

The passing game is going to have to continue to evolve and improve.

Dak has already won games against the Vikings and the Eagles.

The key is, also having a good defense on your team.
