Earl came back to the Seahawks and they still have not rewarded him. They are 0-2 and staring 0-3 in the face. They need to stop playing games and let the man go. A 3rd next year draft is better than a 3rd the following year. It's over Seahawks, you gamble AND LOST! This year or the next he will be in Dallas. It's all about how soon you wish to be rewarded. This year or the next.

I like everything you said, but the Cowboys' safety play has been very good. Kavon Frazier has been a beast and I'm not sure Xavier Woods is getting his starting spot back. And since Woods is a heck of a player himself and way younger than ET, the Cowboys just may decide to keep whatever pick they were going to send Seattle.
Thats exactly what I have been thinking too! These your guys are getting better and not sure ET would make that much of a difference.

Pete Carroll: “You ready to have a big day against Dallas, Earl?”

ET: “Dunno, coach...those Cowboys receivers look pretty fast. I’d hate to have a couple of ‘em beat me long, one-on-one...know what I mean?”

PC: “Well...ur-uh...gee, lemme think this over...”

Shout out to the Seahawks doing a disservice to their fans and their rebuild by keeping E.T longer than they should because they wanna show how much better their poker face is

Cut the B.S trade the player get a draft pick and accept that yall are in full rebuild mode and should give us Wagner too and well give you 2nds :muttley:

Ear is going to play
Sweet! I can't wait to see (or hear?) how this game goes down.

just reading this makes me realize how thankful that we don't have the situation....0-2, one of our best players not wanting to be there and wanting to play for the team were about to play....makes you feel good to be a cowboys fan.

It’s odd a player would miss practice late in the week and still play.

Something is amiss here for sure. Carroll had the chance to clear up any uncertainty today but only added to it with his vague inconclusive response.

Team stinks and he probably doesn't have the desire to play and risk injury if he doesn't have a long term contract.

If it's an Earl power play, it makes Seattle less likely to want to trade him here. Could backfire.

If it's a coordinated situation, it means they're finalizing a trade and Seattle agreed not to risk him Sunday to injury.

What do you think it is?
