Dez would instantly be the best WR on this team.
Anyone who believes we need more of Alan Hurns, Terrence Williams, or Brice Butler over Dez Bryant is either biased or just plain football stupid.

If Dez came back he would instantly get the attention of the other teams best corner.

All of your nonsense post claiming addition by subtraction and swearing all over this place that Hurns, and company would put up better numbers because poor Dak wouldn’t be forced to throw to Dez....yeah we heard all of your garbage.

The fact this is even still a subject shows how wrong you were before. So what’s changed and we should believe you know anything about this subject?

No, if Dez was resigned he would instantly:

1. Still be a mental midget
2. Still drop balls
3. Fail to get separation
4. Fail to run crisp routes
5. Whine and complain about targets
6. Be a pain in the *** to everyone, especially Dak
7. Over rate his ability

Why would teams devote their best corner to Dez when they didn't need to before he was unceremoniously cut? Has he been taking PEDs while at home on the couch?

You are blinded by your man love for a has been. Lol

Oh, lets not forget no one wants Dez. Lol. All 32 teams continue to still say no! Ha ha ha.

It’s aids a lot about this team when we given players who’ve done a lot less for this franchise and proven nothing second chances but we can’t humble ourselves to bring back one of the top20 players of all time to play for us a second chance. I hope we are not one of those franchises. Bring him back already.

Why would the team humble itself for being right about Dez? Lol

I remember debating with you in the off season on whether we would be better off keeping Dez or going with the free agent signings and drafting a reciever before Dez was cut. I was really concerned that the passing game wouldn't be quite as good. So far, my concern has become the reality. We are at the very bottom of the league in passing. I hope you're right that we still don't need him, but if you're not, this was the last opportunity to address it.

Why is this the last opportunity? He has been unemployed since the spring. Did his tweet change that? Dez trashed the team. Not that he realizes he has no options, he is extending the olive branch.

The problem is he's not really any good anymore, or he wouldn't still be unemployed .

Agenda guy.

Brice Butler trashed the team and publicly backed what Dez said. He got to come back.

You have been told over and over again that at least two teams, Cleveland and Baltimore, offered him contracts, yet you keep trotting out your "31 other teams don't want him" tired act.

We get it. Dez stole your girlfriend. Play a new song.

You shouldn't let your steamy one night stand with Dez cloud your judgment. He's not any worth a plug nickel, that's why he doesn't have a job.

Or are you arguing Dez doesn't have a job because he is such an awesome beast? Yeah that has to be it. Teams are so intimidated by Dez' awesomeness that they are too intimidated to offer him a job. That makes perfect sense! Lmao.

Before the game the passing D was ranked # 1 in the league... total defense top 10.. now rushing defense is horrible but their overall defense is not near the bottom in the league
I stand corrected. However, when your run defense is the worst and your pass defense is first, that is usually because teams aren't throwing the ball against you as much because they don't have to.

For example, the Lions are last in the league for pass attempts against with 100, and 31st in the league with 118 rushing attempts against. Teams are completing 65% of their passes against them and averaging 7.9 yds per attempt while running the ball for an average of 5.3 yards per attempt.

Teams are simply attacking their biggest weakness but the reality is they really aren't much better against the pass. I think by the end of the year it will shake out that they sit near the bottom of the league overall as a defense as well.

This is true **. Williams is a damn fool. I have a feeling he lobbied hard for Dak during the romo vs Dak days. And fell into the on of the “Garrett guys” along with lee and Fredrick. Funny how things work out seems like we are more prepared to move on without Fredrick and lee hen we were with dez. Karmaaaaa
Wasn't Romo a so-called "Garret guy".

There it is again,
The same bias nonsense you used to post.

Funny how you are avoiding all the other stuff you spent so much time trying to convince others about.
We are still waiting for your claims of addition by subtraction. You look like a fool. You were embarrassingly wrong so you won’t address this huge part.

Which of our WRs are getting all of this “separation “ again?
Which one has sure hands?
Which one is going to surpass Dezs production?

Go ahead, avoid reality and post some LoLs and haha’s when you are the one being laughed at.

If Brice Butler can get another chance, why not.

Brice didn't attack other players after leaving, Dez did. It's a professional organization and not every member has to like or get along with each other outside of work, but there does have to be some level of mutual respect. I'm not sure bringing Dez back enhances the clubhouse.

They aren't going to resign Dez, so all this conversation is pointless.

All I'm saying is they brought Butler back, a guy who openly criticized the staff, and isn't even all that notable a talent.

I'm sure if they wanted to, which they don't, they could talk their way into justifying resigning Dez.

Your last statement is spot on.

I'm not taking a stand either way on Dez, just pointing out the difference between what Brice did upon leaving and what Dez did. Attacking the coaches and FO is different than attacking individual players. I would think if the FO decided to open this door, the coaches would talk to Fred Beard and Snake Lee before making a commitment to Dez, not for their approval but to judge how he would impact the team.

done more than gregory. one sack, countless suspensions yet we still put up with that circus. in fact we hype it up...3000 threads on this guy this offseason, for what? how is dez worse than that?

Setting aside the fact that Dez has nothing to do with Gregory, last time I checked Gregory didn't call any of his teammates a "snake", toss the coaching staff under the bus, or throw fits on the sidelines.

Gregory is useless, but he's not a cancer in the locker room. Dez was an overpaid, pain in the you know what and the team got tired of dealing with him. How hard is that to understand? And surprise, surprise, no one else is bothering with him either. "He turned down offers!" He's turned down ONE that we know of in SEVEN months - the feeding frenzy some here predicted would happen when he was released never happened because the league know what Dez is about and he's not worth it.

But yeah, let's bring him back into the locker room after he set fire to the place. That should go well. After all, our passing game has dropped from 26th last season to 29th this season without the immortal Dez Bryant.
