Ratings aside, the Lions D is currently sitting near the bottom of the league.I didn’t see the game so idk, 65 was his passer rating, the qbr was 38

I remember debating with you in the off season on whether we would be better off keeping Dez or going with the free agent signings and drafting a reciever before Dez was cut. I was really concerned that the passing game wouldn't be quite as good. So far, my concern has become the reality. We are at the very bottom of the league in passing. I hope you're right that we still don't need him, but if you're not, this was the last opportunity to address it.I don't think the Cowboys are wounded at all in terms of being all butt hurt over things said, nor in terms of receivers they are trotting out on the field.
I can honestly say that I do not believe that Dez would be an asset to this team even he were willing to play for free.
That's nice. Coming from you it means I'm on the right track.
You’re right. He only threw coaches under the bus. No biggie
Before the game the passing D was ranked # 1 in the league... total defense top 10.. now rushing defense is horrible but their overall defense is not near the bottom in the leagueRatings aside, the Lions D is currently sitting near the bottom of the league.
gpod points, Dez had the potential to be a lot better than he ever was, had he just worked at getting better.DB is not a cancer player. He just sucks now.
DB was one of those players that was naturally good but never worked on his craft which eventually caught up to him. Ala bruce carter.
There’s too much tape on him and dbs know how to play him effectively and I think it’s a stretch to believe he can reinvent himself at this point.
No prob.I don't think the Cowboys are wounded at all in terms of being all butt hurt over things said, nor in terms of receivers they are trotting out on the field.

Dez would instantly be the best WR on this team.I don't think the Cowboys are wounded at all in terms of being all butt hurt over things said, nor in terms of receivers they are trotting out on the field.

what else do you want to do to him? let it all out cac...1. Make him appologize publicly to Lee, Fredbeard and any other he mouthed off about.
2. Rig his pads with electrodes that shock the hell out of him when he starts a sideline rant.
3. Make him wear number 85 or something not associated with Pearson or Irvin and give him a short rope.
done more than gregory. one sack, countless suspensions yet we still put up with that circus. in fact we hype it up...3000 threads on this guy this offseason, for what? how is dez worse than that?Based on who is in the photos and where those games were played you're using stuff from 2015 or earlier, suggesting Dez is still that player.
If he was, he either wouldn't have been released or he would've had several teams bidding for his services months ago.
He's no longer worth the circus.
Dez turned down offersActually the idea that Dez cant play seems to be shared by 32 NFL teams. Even Josh Gordon found another team. The dude just can't play and is in a day dream world in which he thinks he is somehow still relevant.
Now that is a value PickI have a Dez jersey so yes bring him back so I can wear 88 again
I think Dez will play for someone this year, he may wait and see if some team needs a WR in a bad way after injuries, can have better chance to get on team and get more money.Dez turned down offers
I have several Romo jersey'sI have a Dez jersey so yes bring him back so I can wear 88 again

Ok .. your opinion without stats to back it up .. bottom line is the person I responded to claimed that the Detroit lions were the worst defense ( among the worst) when the cowboys played them.. which is an exaggeration at best .. if you want to say their rushing defense sucks well no arguments there as that has been proven and stats back it up , but statistically their overall defense , is top 10 and pass defense was 1 now 3... can’t just cherry pick and pass opinion as fact when it isn’tBottom five maybe worst pass rush dline in the league without Ziggy.
