Having posted that, you need talent to win in this league. The Cowboys have 3 talents on offense. The runner, and two linemen. Can't win like that.

On defense, we have 3 talents. Lawrence/Smith maybe LVE/Byron Jones.

So total amounts of talent on the team is around 6 through 8 out of 53 guys. That's not going to work. Not to mention, we have ZERO talent in the coaching department and ZERO talent in the front office. How does any team win like that? I'll tell you how, they don't. 22 years and counting.

I agree with everything Troy said. Which takes you back to why the scheme is limited. Until Dak improve upon his deficiencies, it's always going to be limited.

We need to find a late throw receivers coach. Show them how to contort their bodies better. I suggest Shen yun
