The worst trade after Roy Williams debacle

This GM is trash (can't be said often enough)

Best part is that we can't even upgrade our QB now

That was my initial reaction, but if this makes the team worse in 2019, which is the consensus, it could work out for the 2020 draft nicely.

Uh, before he signed that contract, Dez was definitely better but he disappeared and it wasn't all Dak.

Nope scheme, coaching etc. wasn't just on Dez. all those things that plagued the offense are still here.

You should understand this team and its owner well enough to know that no matter what, Prescott was not going to get challenged by a 2019 first round QB.

That is so far out of this organization's method of doing business that it is not even worth hoping or wishing for.

I take it you don't watch much Raider football.

Cooper literally has lead the league in dropped passes dam near every year...……….we are talking "hands of stone" card got played on him and it never wore off. Seriously, dude couldn't catch a cold in the Artic.

And on top of that, this is the last season of his rookie contract. Next year is the 5th year option at $14-$15 million and then an UFA in 2020. So this could be a year and half rental.
Jerry better hope he lives up to that 1st round pick the next 9 games because if he doesn't how in the hell does he justifiy giving him 14-15m next year on a 5th round option and if they don't pick up the option then he goes elsewhere and we basically got him for 9 games for a 1st round pick. The only way this works for JJ is if Cooper becomes the stud everyone thinks he is right out of the gate with us anything less is a disaster....Think Roy Williams

Well, I guess we're not getting a QB this year lol. In all seriousness, this WAS an opportunity to get a high draft pick. On the other hand, I suppose it puts more pressure on Garrett, which is good. We better make the most of this, or maybe this could turn out very good for us in terms of coaching.

You mean with a Receiver that is in steady decline for the last years and leads the league in drops for 2 seasons in a row?

This guy will not bring us to the Playoffs so its basically suicide to give up a 1st for him.

As long as this inept Playcalling continues and a QB that cant see the most wide open guys when just a tiny bit of pressure occurs we could have Prime Randy Moss and he would look like a JAG.

This Pick will very likely be Top15. If so we could have used this Pick to either draft or move up for a Top QB that will be needed after the trash Season that Dak is putting together again.
Noticed you left out the 2800 yards and 17TDs the first 3 years and he is still 24

Also, the 2019 draft class sucks for QB. Why would we waste a pick on that crap?
