It’s unfortunate that Dak has the limitations that he does. This team seems like an elite QB away from their next championship.
What if Dak improves to become elite within the next few years? Or should we just can him now and go select a QB from the elite QB tree?......

Who you have that will replace Dak? Dak turnovers are concerning and ticks me off. But he has championship QB qualities and skills. This is Dak's 3rd year in the league. He was 13-3, 9-7, and now 7-5. Remember it took Aikman 4 years to lead a team and win a playoff game. He did not lead the Cowboys to the playoffs his 3rd year in league (1991). That was Steve Beuerlien who played the last 5 games of the season and won the wild card game in Chicago (Aikman was injured in the Commanders regular season game out for the season).

You mean Sean Lee and LVE are low IQ. Jaylon is the only linebacker between the 3 that displays he's intelligent. Sean Lee and LVE seem to be mentally incapable but thanks to jaylon they're doing alright.

Stop trolling in my thread, boy.

Lee is considered one of the smartest linebackers in the league. Hop out.

Listen up, boy. Don't talk with low IQ slang like hop out. Speak proper not like a ghetto "gangsta".

Jaylon is the only high IQ player out of those 3. There is a reason he was a projected top 5 pick before his leg where as low IQ Sean Lee was a low class 2nd round pick and LVE was a middling 1st round pick

Lee is known around the league to be one of the smartest defenders. You are trolling, you’re not good at it.

Get out of my thread.

We did win, right? Am I missing something?
Yeah the big picture, the greats find ways to improve after a win, they're not satisfied with 13 points and medioce QB performances. The ultimate goal is to win the superbowl and know that they have to be better to win it.

At it again I see. You and your Cowboy hater crew make this place unbearable. It's a circle jerk of Dak hate that makes Cowboy 'fans' look like spoiled brats.

Atleast wait until Dak isn't 24-28 and adds a W before going off the deep end about how bad he is.

Keep on with the 13 points mantra. We could have easily scored 27 points.

Go on to his accuracy.. Oh yeah.. He was 24-28. Well, go on to his holding the ball too long. Oh yeah, those numbers have changed since we got Cooper. Well, keep hating the Cowboys troll.

what if he doesn't? do we waste the next few years? should we just stick with him and not look for a potential franchise QB?

what gives him championship QB qualities and skills?

Aikman started with a team that had Irvin and nothing else. so lets not compare the 2016 cowboys to What Aikman had..... I mean really dude..

Dak is so far from being elite that right now, the most we can hope for is that he becomes a consistently good game manager...

That’s his ceiling if spun positively
there is absolutely nothing wrong with that....its tough to find a franchise QB. there aren't that many idiot GMs that would let their franchise QB go. so its easier to build a strong supporting case, if your QB is a good game manager....so we traded for a WR, will probably target a TE this off season and drafted a OL man to further solidify the OL and built a great defense.....so Dak just needs to manage games.....

Denver won a superbowl with an average Manning and a great defense, strong supporting cast....no one will claim at that point Manning was elite..
Seahawks rode a strong defense, marshawn lynch to a superbowl with above average Wilson and they dominated
Giants won against Patriots with a defense that was out of this world in post season...
Ravens won with a dominant defense and trent dilfer....
Tampa had a dominant defense and had Johnson at QB.

its not unprecedented.....

Give it a rest. Dak gets blamed for everything. Good gracious granny, can't everyone just enjoy the win. We get that people don't like Garrett, Dak, Linehan.

Dak carried the team to the play-offs as a rookie. The team had a ton of adversity last season. This year the team cut Dez, lost Witten and Frederick. The team tried to upgrade the line coach which was an obvious failure.

Jerry and Garrett fire the O-line coach.
Jerry trades for Cooper.
Dallas starts winning consistently with Dak as the QB.
Dallas beats the best team in the NFL.
Most fans enjoy their day and basked at how this team rallied as a team with all 46 players contributing to the team win.

Dak had a rating of 115.5 and completed 86% of his passes.

We did win, right? Am I missing something?
Some people are never satisfied dude. It's like everyone wants perfection and/or domination every performance lol. Why? So you can brag to someone about how a team you have no effect on performs? Some people live a little too vicariously through sports in my opinion.

And what should this forum be? A place full of gate keepers who tell others what a fan should be?

Criticizing a single player on a team =\= hater. Criticizing the Cowboys =\= hater

Take your BS elsewhere.

Maybe you should shut up and think before spouting off?

The people not celebrating this win has to do with not pretending it’s the Super Bowl.

You know, we beat an undefeated Saints team before. How did the season end up for us? How did it end for the Saints?

You can celebrate, but don’t you dare attempt to tell me I should care about a 13-10 win. 20+ years since we held a trophy - take this win no one will remember once the season ends and shove it.
