-oh hell yes!And Dak is any better?
We need a vet QB. I’m not going to post Flaco’s stats here. You can look it up, but they are impressive and he’s still 33.

It's either the coaches held him back or he had no confidence going down field. He sure has the arm for it as he is too strong on many of the throws. He is taking his lumps this season. He was playing so safe for so long. I really feel he is really stretching out now. Everyone feels he isnt comfortable throwing down field that's why everyone plays so close to the first down markers. Amari Cooper changes all that Gallup is emerging. I have a feeling these young tight ends are about to start emerging as well. Perfect timing too. We have a very young team. On offense our starting skill players are 25 and under. Dak 25, cooper 24, Zeke 23, Gallup 22, Shultz is a rookie, Jarwin is a 2nd year player. . These guys just needed time and now they look like they may have gotten comfortable and are ready to start making an impact.
Which validates what happened last year as well. This was something a lot of us harped on all offseason that he didnt have threats in the passing game last year.Nobody can question his improved play since Coopers arrival. He has been very good overall.
Ball security still needs to be addressed. It is a real problem. And his accuracy is nowhere near where it should be. Micheal Gallup would be having a huge rookie season if Prescott would just hit him with some throws.
So lots to work on. But Prescott is trending upwards and we can all be thankful for that.
Always got a kick out of that one. A 3rd year QB regressing without an injury. Here is what Dak is doing during the win streak.

Here are some highlights:
Dak Prescott in the 4th quarter and overtime:
17 for 20
243 yards
3 touchdowns
0 interceptions
156.9 passer rating
Amari Cooper has been everything that Dak Prescott has needed.
And the trend continues: (43) Nobody else has more than 36. Cowboys 2nd in league in 3rd down % since trade, too. They have destroyed 3rd downs for 6 straight games.
Dak Prescott leads the NFC in passing yards during Cowboys’ winning-streak.
It’s not because of dinking and dunking, either.
Dak Prescott is tied with Jared Goff and Ryan Fitzpatrick for the NFC lead with five touchdown passes of 40+ yards.
Last but not least, Dak Prescott has proven to be a clutch performer during his three seasons in the NFL. Prescott has also shown that he can win when the calendar turns to November.
Dak Prescott is 8-2 in his career in November and December road games.
His career record in the second half of the season improved to 15-6 today.
He is also pretty good when the game is on the line, too.
Most game-winning drives in NFL history, first 3 seasons
1. Russell Wilson - 15
2. Matt Ryan - 13
2. Dak Prescott - 13
Yeh but he couldn't make Deonte Thomson play better so he still sucks.

It's his biggest problem. We can win with Dak. Dak might be able to lead us to a SB. He just has to hold on to the ball. These turnovers will catch up to us sooner or later.his fumbles are a big problem
Thats great: he no longer is degressing. Someone would hope that he should be getting better. Now we are happy that our QB is not getting worse ?!
He already is a bad QB. Come on guys. Ante up!
I agree, I'd prefer to watch a game, knowing we've got a comfortable lead and there's a high probability of winning.......but it's also nice that even when we're not in that position, there's still a good chance of a victory, because Dak and our offense are capable of stepping it up.If you score more in first 3 Qtrs you don’t need 4th Qtr comebacks
Just saying, got to fix our red zone offense
Fix that and you won’t need to comeback
Yep. Over the top worship for anyone makes many people distance themselves from the worshiped and the worshipers. Lighten up and be more realistic about his worth, and others might be more prone to talk about the positive aspects and less of the negative. If I agree not to say Dak sucks anymore, can we all agree not to create any more of these never ending Dak is great and here's why posts?
Let's just agree that he's good enough right now to overcome the mistakes he does make. (Like spotting the Eagles 9 points)
I guess that's like turning a corner. right?
In some ways, he is. Since Cooper arrived, he seems to anticipate routes and throw to him before he gets open, and I've seen that more with other receivers since then as well. That's a big step.So now all of the sudden he is progressing.
Dak is and always has shown to be an A+ under mental pressure. He is also an F on consistency. Guys who get a chance to start in the NFL usually have some A qualities. What determines if they make it in the league is how many F's they have and if they can get those qualities to the B range.Horrid, aweful. I dont think anyone is ignoring them. But the last 2 quarters were more impressive because it was crunch time. And the fact that he played so bad and just turned it on is remarkable. It shows a mental makeup. It shows poise and leadership. At least you can admit that much?
Arent you at least a little bit excited that Dak came back after such bad play and did what he did? He was throwing dimes on those bombs. Isnt it nice to know that MAYBE Dak CAN throw a deep ball? Shouldnt that make you happy?
Numbers only bare that out with Cooper though. His passer rating is the same for everyone else and he is still taking sacks and fumbling the ball at a rate of once per game since Cooper arrived. In some ways, he is.
