I guess you haven’t been watching the NFL for long. The in NFL is not college. EVERY game is a tough game. It doesn’t matter the record. When it comes to the NFC East it’s even more competitive. Just for your education the 1 game the Cowboys won in 1989 was agains the undefeaated Washington Commanders. Turn your Madden game back on and go away.

The funny thing was, if we beat the Colts and Titans it would just be another win over a couple of 8-7 teams and we still haven’t proven we can beat good teams or some nonsense.

Most of the people down on Dak aren't haters. With some its a win now thing, with others (IMO) its a forrest and trees thing. There are definitely some haters but I think its a minority of the anti-Dak crowd. IMO every young developing QB goes through this with their fan base. At one point it was a raging debate on whether Troy Aikman or Steve Walsh should be the Dallas starter.

NFL is about playoff victories, aka beating good teams. I hope like heck we win some playoff games but right now, I'm not convinced this team can compete with a Seattle, New Orleans, or the Rams in a win-or-go-home game.

I haven't played Madden in years but thanks. Maybe pick up your pom-pom's, cheer your little heart out, and leave the objective football talk to the grown-up's.

It took big juevos to go out and give up a #1 pick for a player of great need. 90% of this board complained about the pick. Now those same posters are totally silent about it. Not only did Cooper turn around this offense but he has also give the team a big shot of energy and more importantly confidence. Maybe not, but it is clear that the WR position was in horrible shape entering the season. If Jerry gets credit for the Cooper trade, he should also get credit for the reason why the trade was needed. Maybe the WR position wouldn’t have required trading away a first round pick to fix it if the position wasn’t mishandled to start with.
