There is no question this team plays very hard for Jason Garrett. His regular season records so far
8-8, 8-8, 8-8, 12-4, 4-12, 13-3, 9,7,
10-6. Now add 2 playoff wins. Not bad compared to the constant coaching changes around the league. As it stands now, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Jerry extend him for something like 3yrs 7m per year (through 2022). I still want another coach, but it’s hard to justify a change now. Like it or not, Garrett’s here for the long haul folks.

Brent Grimes in TB said he won’t go up vs top WRa because he’s not paid enough.

Antonio Brown and Tomlin clearly don’t gel.

So no not all NFL players do what their coach says.

What about Dez Bryant ? Talking about 'Garrett guys didn't want me ? '

Garrett is trash, not all his players play hard for him . They play hard because they are professionals.

I'll give Garrett some credit for not losing the team, and give him a little slack for being stuck with one of the worst OCs in the NFL, but he still isn't a very good coach. He still costs us a couple games a season with bad decisions/clock management. Now, if we can somehow get to the NFC Championship game, then maybe I'll change my tune even more. But I see the writing on the wall for Kris Richards leaving, and I don't want it to be another Garrett over Payton kinda deal. As of right now, I still fire Garrett.

I think we should give him the franchise tag and have a couple of prove it years before giving him a longterm extension. ;)

Garrett choked away three playoff qualifying games to three teams in the same division each year when he was in control of the offense.

Garrett is no longer a coach of the offense and simply a figure head coach. Do you ever see him even talking in his headset? Richards is yelling at players on defense and telling them what to do.

Garrett has no real coaxing influence. When Garrett was banished from the offense, team moved forward. The more responsibility Garrett had taken away, the better the team has gotten,

And this team is still full of his idiotic decision making. Beasley had ankle injuries for weeks and ended up playing him a full game last week which was meaningles and now he basically turned his ankle again on the PI play and hobbled off the field with the same issues. Thus guy was running Zeke in the fourth when being shut out by 20 against the Colts.
