Ok. So the Saints came out ice cold and rusty.

They are playing much better now.

So let’s go in the second half saints!!

3rd year. cant keep giving excuses
Agreed. I don't however agree with the argument to begin with though. Ertz was the check down. Last year Wentz spread the ball around so why so many check downs this year? I think it had to do with health more than anything.

Eagles did give themselves a chance with their first quarter start, but the Saints put themselves right back into the game

Foles is a free agent

There is a mutual option for 2019 in Foles' deal. The ball falls in the Eagles' court first. They have the right to extend Foles' contract through 2019 at the price of $20 million, which would become fully guaranteed on the fifth day of the league year.

So he is ... but he isn’t lol

No Fletcher Cox, Saints can run now....but we don’t need a stud in the middle.

Yeah, he tweeked a foot or ankle and looked pretty iffy to come back. Just amazes me how our organization has changed for the worse. Remember back in the day we drafted Russell Maryland #1 overall? Sure, he wasn't as good as Cox but he was a VERY important cog in two super bowls. We know that Rod thinks he can coach chicken **** into chicken salad and sometimes he can...until January's games begin. So hopefully he steps aside and lets Richard get the job he deserves. One thing is for sure IMO: KR knows the value of a stout Dline up the middle. He had one in Seattle and if McClay and Co. listen to him, that will be our first priority in April:

However, without a first round pick we'll be hard pressed to pick up a difference maker. Maybe a free agent instead
