Cowboys and Rangers season are done so that is not saying much. Mavs are 4 games under .500 and doubtful they make playoffs because of the trade.

Could care less about this season. I'm talking about next season and moving forward. The future looks much brighter for the Mavs than the Cowboys at this point.

They make pretty smart personnel decisions for the market they're dealt with, and here's the kicker... They actually scheme their way to success. That's how they won a chip in 2011. Playing smarter, team basketball, than Lebron and his 85-ish IQ.

So either he bucks the trend of good year, bad year or he's out.

My question is if this is his last year was his tenure better than Landry's?

Late breaking news on CowboysZone.

Drug testing will commence tomorrow for those who post ridiculous questions in a serious manner. It is suspected these posts were the results of recreational self medicating.

A quote from The Zone's head honcho, Reality about this move.

"We decided it is a humanitarian action to help those at the Zone who maybe have lost their way with addiction. After some recent posts we've observed the staff have decided to call this the Risen Star rule. Just sometimes you need to help a brother out."

About as likely as Jerry having real hair on the top of his head....

Trade was for next year. Porzingas may not even play this year.

Best day in Dallas sports history I can remember. The Mavs trade and now mews Garrett not getting extended.

What a great day

Im a Knicks fan and I’m quite livid that we’re going to give you all Porzingis

That’s the deal alright. Stephen said it in his voice after the LA game. They aren’t satisfied, and the old carrot and stick approach is the best option heading into his final year. Want a new deal? Get over the hump. I know it’s weird, but management isn’t willing to stand pat anymore, and does want to get to that NFC championship.

The Mavs have not made the playoffs last 2 years and going to miss this year. They were bounced 1st rd the last 3 yrs they made the playoffs. So how are they setup better for the future?
