He claps after bad plays are made, he mismanages the clock, and he holds up one finger to signal that we are kicking an extra point, even when we should be going for two.He truly has been neutered on game day to protect his job.

some ceo's bring special expertise. when the ceo does not, at least the ceo set the direction of the entity.

in garrett's case, he may have once set the direction of the offense. but that is no longer the case as even that has been taken away due to his failure to produce. his boss has told him not to interfere with his fundamental contribution to the team, which needs to be totally rebuilt.
