I am curious how they know he actually solicited sex. Two types of clients at those places. One that goes for a message and expects to pay the regular price--so they are soliciting nothing. It's 100% legal..
Then there's others that go there and during the message offer to pay more for something more than the advertised massage. That is soliciting and illegal.
Unless maybe the actual masseuse is the one with the body cam--and wow, would those photos be condemning--

Normally, once a seedy place like that crosses the line, the former clients find out and go somewhere more legit.

But they can't arrest someone for just going there and paying for massage, as advertised, and not asking for anything else.

This is what I came in to say. Colt’s Irsay got busted with drugs a couple years ago. That’s way worse. Kraft was having relations most people would be expecting him to be doing in private anyway, it’s just illegal to pay someone for it.
